Sad to see you did not want to
resolve this with me and instead went straight for the report.
First off let me give some context based on the situation. I was on an Undercover Patrol and I was landing at NPAS, as whilst I was gearing up I had forgotten to equip a backpack. Once I landed I did not lock my helicopter as I was expecting it to be a quick in and out situation as I only had to get a backpack and as I would not expect an officer to get in an undercover aircraft and steal it.
Jordy proceeds to
enter the helicopter and starts to turn the engine on. Trojan patrols are
not authorized the use of Undercover vehicles unless Gold Command authoritizes it and in addition he was stealing my helicopter which I was actively using. This is a thing Armed Response have been doing lately (using non-police skinned vehicles [Not Necessarily Undercover] such as Orcas and other Vehicles which are
not obtainable from their white listing).
Whilst he was spooling up the helicopter I told him to stop, however he did not listen. Then as soon as he starts to fly off I shout to tell him that if he takes off I will
disable the helicopter as I could not allow for an
MI5 Asset to be
stolen. However I only realized after the situation that
I was in vehicle chat, and if Jordy supplies a
few more seconds on that video you will see me standing next to him as if I am talking, only to then
switch to direct chat as I apologize. This is kind of similar to when one initiates on the tires of a vehicle and accidentally kills the individual.
It was never my intent to shoot him out of the Pilot Seat and I was aiming for the engine as I said in the initiation I thought was valid.
The rule I am being reported for is rule 6.2.1, “(6.2.1) You must not attempt to
kill anyone in a blue zone.” The key word in this rule is “
attempt” I did not attempt to kill him, I was attempting to shoot
the engine out.
Also I wish to address the fact that you ticked yes on the “This is not a revenge report (Abuse will lead to forum/community bans)". I messaged you straight after the incident on teamspeak apologizing for my actions as I immediately saw the breach in rules of what I had done. You replied with “Its g” (http://prntscr.com/jhpr3a) and shortly afterwards we had a conversation on teamspeak where you started saying that it was "all cool" and that you were not going to report me. You then also mentioned that you were being told to report me by the rest of AR in the channel as well as DCC Coozer. Then you get informed that you had been demoted to the rank of PCSO without weapons for 1 week due to you breaching police rule by attempting to steal an Undercover Asset. After that all of a sudden you decide to report me, which I feel is blatantly revenge for your demotion.

Additionally I would like to mention that if you would not have gotten into that aircraft in the first place this would not have happened.
Onto what happened to me after the situation; DCC Coozer stormed inside of NPAS telling me that I was demoted to the rank of PCSO for 1 month, that I can not touch a weapon for
1 month and that I could not go on any specialised unit patrols for
1 month. I understand his grounds for punishing me; killing an officer and attempting to damage police equipment, however I still thought that
1 month was exaggerated which led me to leave the police and get blacklisted.
As I said, I am fully aware that I am in the
wrong and what I have done is possible
against the rules, and therefore I
apologized to you mutliple times. It was
foolish and
stupid of me to try and shoot down a police asset and
especially in a blue zone. I should have stopped and thinked before carrying out that action.
To conclude, I am

acknowledging that what I have done is
stupid,
wrong, a
breach of rules to a certain extent, but most of all an
accident that was
not purposely conducted. I hope the staff team can take this into consideration when evaluating this report.
I will take this as another opportunity to
apologize to
you Jordy, I am aware that there was an RBA International Reserve taking place at the time and that I deprived you of the fun of a gunfight which I know you love.
