I pull up to a dead guy on the road and i see a man next to a white suv without a firearm and i hop out asking If the living man murdered the hobo on the ground. He replies with no but skip some banter, the conversation starts to get head with insults and back talking and what happens in the video goes down. 

In TS - Extremely repetive with saying "If you want to report me on the forums go ahead" while trying to explain what he did wrong and that the "initiation" I dont even know if you can call it that was valid and for me to use my common sense.

I see you deleted my comment from your youtube video.

In the comment I said go to 1:31, put the speed to 0.25X, and you can hear me say "if you pull anything out I will shoot you".

As to why you deleted this comment, I am not sure.

Furthermore, the confrontation we had was clearly escalating, if you were unable to hear the last part of "if you pull anything out, I will shoot you" (as you claimed to in the teamspeak chat) you can still see where the situation was going. Is it reasonable to pull a gun from your backpack when you are at gunpoint? No. Was the tone and language used by me indicating that you would be shot if you did? Yes.

And if you slow it down you can clearly see that i put my gun on my back before you start to speak and before even finishing talking you shoot me, by (2.2), you must give time to comply. Plus the weapon when pulled to your back instantly equips in your hand.

I was giving the order and you pulled out the gun JUST as I finished. Unfortunate timing, I agree, however you can also use your eyes and see that:

1) I am pointing a gun at you

2) I said "Do you want to end it this way" and "Whats good" - What does this indicate to you? Clearly that I am going to shoot you if you pull out a weapon.

3) I was giving the order and you would have had significant time to react IF you didn't unrealistically attempt to pull out a rifle from your bag while already at gunpoint and after the specific words I gave you.

Not my point. My point was you are claiming that you didn't hear my initiation (which is due to you unrealistically attempting to draw a gun while already at gunpoint) - my point is what I said before the final warning was clearly leading up to that, which can be inferred not only from the words said but by the tone I say them in.

Video proof of the server having lag? All servers have lag.

Before I will end this report I would like to get a few things straight.

@DexterTheGod Why at 0:41 seconds you open your y-menu and proceed to check the key-chain to see who you have in front of you?

@imaK From what I can see from this video high quality roleplay has NOT been provided. Only 1 suggestive sentence can be heard you saying before engaging on the person. I do not feel this is high quality roleplay at all. You are also claiming that you have said "If you pull out a firearm you will be shot". However I cannot hear this in the evidence provided. Any chance you have a video from your side showing this.

Also would you guys be happy with resolving this with each other. Because if nothing has been resolved and no evidence is provided from Imak's side and no really good reason from Dexter for using the keychain on a masked player then I will be continuing with this report as usual.

You can hear at least the first part of the sentence in the recording (if you set it to the slowest speed on youtube) - although keep in mind the speaking of both people who were recording and the gunshot would muffle most of what I said anyways.

Any chance you have a video from your side showing this.

Sadly my GoPro wasn't running at the time. - I never usually run shadowplay due to it stuttering in some recording, and from what I am aware OBS doesnt have the "save the last 15m" video option.

1 suggestive sentence, sure, but if the player complaining did not unrealistically attempt to engage me when I already had a gun loaded and aimed at him since 1:25 in the video, he would have heard the warning I was midway through saying before engaging. He pulled his gun out FIVE SECONDS after I pulled mine out and aimed at him and was midway through saying "if you pull something out I will shoot you", you can clearly hear the first part of this in the video on full speed.

Reason i did that because he sounded very similar to one of my old mates John Crown, but checking it turns out he wasn't so i just ignored it.  I wouldn't call it Metagaming because i never used that OOC information of his name to any advantage or in RP. Let me know if you believe it is.

Okay let's conclude this report.

@imaK About 2 weeks ago you received a warning for RDM and 10 days ago you got banned for combat logging and on that same day you also received a warning for threatening to report. And now again you are being reported here after my input stating that this isn't high quality roleplay and you still think it's acceptable? I'm very tempted to issue a ban for 2.2 here.. However I will be giving you a final warning. Break any rules again a time span of about 4 months and you will receive a ban for it. Doesn't matter if it's for RDM or for a different rule. I really recommend you to read the server rules and if you do not know how to perform high quality roleplay before shooting someone feel free to come to join for support and someone will happily help you with it.. Since this situation was very poor roleplay.

@DexterTheGod With regards to using the keychain. The keychain is used to give items to people around you and in case of someone breaking the rules you can use the keychain to check someones name. About a week ago another report was actioned and the person did the exact same thing. You say that the roleplay hadn't been influened by you using the keychain. But I doubt it hasn't. You say that you were checking if it was an old friend of you. So what would have happened if it was your friend? Would the outcome be different. I can safely say yes. You now knew this guy wasn't your friend and it definitally changed how the situation went. Therefore you will be issued a warning for metagaming.
