As the video shows i was minding my own business on my way to Athira to join up with INS Spooner. My amazing driving skills made me hit a bush and destroy the car iw as in. I impounded the veichle and then started running towards Athira. You can see in the video i was looking abit at the Orca in the air not sure where it was coming from. Taking a closer look it came in for a landing at the Meth Lab.

I decided to take a closer look, and let my Inspector know what i was doing. As you can see it takes abit of time until i get there. First observing with then i brought my gun out and in the lowered stance.
At this time i took shots from somewhere and to my surprise i got badly hurt.

I contacted the guy via the in-game msg system and asked if he could to teamspeak. He came to teamspeak and we started talking.
I tried several times to explain why this was RDM but it never seemed to go through.

Apperently they did take shots from officers and have received warnings aout the Orca and where it was flying. They alsos aid they're engine got shot down to "orange".
This happened 45 seconds prior to shooting me. This makes no sense in the fact that the heli was there for atleast 2-3 minutes.
They're attitude changed and they started to "brag" about the kill with a pistol.

The reason why i am reporting is that its quite clear that these boys or atleast the guy that killed me got no idea what the rules are.
I asked for a video, they could not provide apperently. And the attitude in teamspeak was not good at all.

I was with the party when this was happening, the police had already engaged the Orca and had sent myself a message telling me to land immediately and had fired warning shots at us and then at the rotor causing damage, we was processing Meth and you was being watched while you was trying to close in on us and you had your gun out and was aiming towards a player in the ditance which was shown in the footage, due to previous events and already being chased around by ground police we were retaliating which was all within role play, you may not have been fully aware of the situation but from our end of things we were processing an illegal substance and had been for some time as well as all having bounties on us and wanted for other crimes any police officer coming towards us were a threat as every other one were trying to shoot us out of the sky, from my perspective this was fully RP and no RDM was done. We did try to discuss this with you via team speak but you didnt have any consideration for other peoples views and wanted everyone to hear you and wasn't prepared to take others accounts of the situation into consideration.

Processing illegal substances does not give anyone permission to shoot on sight. Cop or a civilian.
From my video you were already in the area for a long time in the air until landing.

As i explained as a Police Officer we have strict rules and guidelines to appraoch situations. You tried at 1 point and explain that Police if they get within 20m they can taze. That is not true and you based your explanation on that.

I was more than prepared to take other views. Your story kept chaning at at 1 point did not make sense. Your friends attitude braggin about the kill did not convince me that you  lot wanted the issue resolved like mature players.

No one was 'chaning' anything so please stop lying, and no one was bragging either I think the conversation was more around after being shot at, you was pushing towards us with your gun in your hand and him saying oh I managed to kill you with a pistol while you had a rifle, that wasn't bragging.

Being shot at whilst having done nothing wrong would in role play terms in our opinion constitute retaliation against someone brandishing a rifle for no good cause other than to shoot someone.

This is were you are wrong. There were not shots in that area. Reiceving warnings as a text or via warning shots and then getting shot up is your own fault cause of not adhearing to the Police at the time. This does not justify you guys shooting and downing me.

Why were you aiming a rifle towards Civilians?

The shots were about a click out and we were being followed by cars but due to us being in a chopper they couldn't keep up but they were after the chopper and decided to use the gap to quickly process what we had, you shouldn't be aiming a rifle at civilians that's threatening behaviour and due to other Police opening fire on Civilians who hadn't committed any crimes at that stage the events leading up to you being shot made us hostile and unfortunately you didn't help the situation, if you were like you said just coming over for a chat, you saw me in the compound with no illegal weapons on me, you should have RP'ed it and not  had a gun out.

As you can see from the image I attached the officer is pushing/peeking my position with his rifle shouldered and in an aggressive manner.

As you can see i never pointed my rifle at any of you. I saw the guy in the big building there yeah. But i didnt know he entered the building. Its just know i can actually see you in the window.


You were in that area for a solid 2-3 minutes with no shots fired. I would not have approached like that if i thought the situation was unclear and shots were fired. I was waiting for Spooner to assist if we were to decide to move in you you lads. I did not get the time for this cause i got RDM'ed.

In this entire situation PC Drax never made any threat towards your helicopter at all. Upon arrival at the Meth Dealer, he made no clear intention to use lethal force. The apparent shots fired at your helicopter after you were already warned do not warrant you to kill any random cop. As for all you know a civilian could have shot your Orca. Ultimately no initiation was given towards Drax and in doing so this is RDM. Warning shots towards heli's are not initiation, I would also add that the heli looked fine and if it was damaged you would have moved it instead of hovering in the Same position. 

As far as i'm concerned this fall under this rule 2.2 as there was no roleplay given at all.
