Please (in detail) describe the incident: First of all, sorry that there is no audio on my end first time ever using the AMD replay feature on this new PC.

I was just at bean machine and decided to walk away from the gamblers towards bean itself and these guys were asking what they do with oil then asked why we were standing around here they then went on to ask If I knew a guy in a long jacket which I did then called him the word in the video.

I have not resolved this as I seen that a police tried to contact them via OOC and no-one responded so I assumed they've logged off or didn't want to resolve.

Hi @Sir Liam

Totally agree, this is clear breach of our C1.2 rule. That said, right at the end of the clip, it's someone else talking (presumably the passenger) as the ID shows up red whilst a different voice is talking. 

Funnily enough though, these two were being quite the silly pair at the time and ended up getting themselves reported elsewhere. Thankfully, this report happens to have both their IDs clearly on display. I'll be amending his ban to account for the C1.2.
