What best describes this incident ?: (G2.4) Value of Life

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Bobby smith decided to phone me up with abuse and text me about the beef we had previously in the day. he shouldnt remember this beef as he was dumped. I continued the RP anyway and he wanted to Fight me 1v1 but from out previous interactions I know he carrys a pistole. This led me to request the help of 229 to roll up with me when I speak with Bobby Smith. During this talk bobby indeed whipped a gun out and was luckily downed before he finished me. This is where the clip begins. we retrieve the cash and dodgy doctor him. he has multiple guns and weapons aimed at him and when he arises he chose to not value his life and try to attack me and others again. with the amount of weapons on him I belive this is clear (G2.4) Value of Life. a note to add. I do preventively get his ID at the 2 minute mark because he wasnt RPing his injuries and I know he breaks NLR with knowing info so I had a suspicion of him doing wrong. sorry if that was not allowed of me.

you say that I called u up regarding the previous fight, that was never the case. The case is that I posted on tweedle that it was my birthday n dat, and then u proceeded to chat even more. Then I chatted u back and responded to your beef. Dont even try to blame me on starting the beef. You obiously wanted trouble after chatting shit on tweedle afterwards, after I was shot dead of someone else. You started chatting and saying "go spliff me then" repeatedly and then I finally did it. After u got spliffed you obv started chattin to the admins

That may be the case but the way he contacted me for this RP he spoke to me was in the context of him knowing things he shouldn't as he died. He didn't begin a new RP he continued the old. I may have the call on my medal I will check tonight. Full respect to you and the situation you wanted to RP but he just spoke to me as if I hadn't paid 50k to have him captured and dumped previously that day. Anyway this is a NVL report not a NLR.

You are pulling that out of your ass, never spoke to in the context of knowing things that I shouldnt. Thats also why you dont have any clip of it, stop pulling shit out of your ass to get me banned

@VeganVladThank you for this report, I have reviewed the evidence that you have provided and come to the conclusion below:

@Bobby SmithYou are in CLEAR breach of the G2.4 Value of Life Rule and G4.4 Roleplaying Injuries.

You have three persons around you with guns pointed at you and are at a clear disadvantage but you still decide to pistol whip the closest person to you (this confused me). You then walk away and are injured by the dog, however it does not seem this way as you continue to talk as if nothing has happened, this closes the RP down and ruined the whole situation if you had just simply put your hands up and gone along with the situation, I am sure this would have ended differently.

Hopefully at this point this is not just "pure waffle", @Bobby SmithI would also like to remind you as per the above from Bowen, please remember this is an adult community and you should be respectful to all players, even the ones reporting you. If you are unable to control yourself in the future on the forums you will find yourself with restrictions.

Due to the above these are the following actions:

CharID : 30572

Action: 1 week ban

Rule: (G2.4) Value of Life 

AND

(G4.4) When you are downed:

You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. You have not yet been killed; this only occurs when you respawn.
