Please (in detail) describe the incident: One of our Triad vehicles were stolen by a lad near our Turf, we were chasing the vehicle and by the time I caught up, the man in question was shot out of the vehicle, once arriving to his body I could hear him either talking to himself to try and make us annoyed or speaking externally to a friend. He was placed into the Bentley Supersport then combat logged. We waited around the area to see if he would return. He returned, was about to be placed into a vehicle and combat logged again.
Hearing on the radio while placing this report that he had combat logged an additional 2 times since.
Did not try to resolve as the sheer amount of times he has combat logged, as in my opinion he is not here for the RP.
