Please (in detail) describe the incident: We learnt the guy we were attempting to kidnap had tried to harm some friends of ours, after the medic helped him up we had plans to take him hostage. The guy was severely outnumbered by 3 gangs and a lot more numbers than just himself with a knife. We thought the guy would comply and put his hands up and listen to our demands with being at such as obvious disadvantage but as you can clearly see in this clip he did not.

Thank you for submitting your report, PJ - After looking at this recording, it is indeed very clear that the player is in breach of rule G2.4.

Player 491 is at a clear disadvantage, fails to comply or value his life and attempts to stab an entire gang of heavily armed people. This does not only show a disregard for the rule G2.4, but the quality of RP is also considered very poor.
