What best describes this incident ?: Powergaming, refusing to RP, combat logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: An altercation broke out between ID432 and my friends at the impound lot. ID432 produces a gun and escalates the altercation. Since I was not physically involved, I ran away. I was verbally involved, at a distance, but when he pulled the gun I RP'd fear and ran off. He shoots one of my friends down then chases the other with a knife, trying to stab him. I get my hands on a car and run him over to defend my friend.
Once he is downed, he refuses to be picked up (I assume to save his gun). He accuses us of VDM in in-character voice chat. He says we should leave immediately because his friends (other Ballas gang members) were on their way, despite no in-game communication - suggesting metagame through TS/Discord etc - but due to lack of evidence, I'm not focusing on this. After a while, he combat logs. I thought he respawned at first, as his refusal to be picked up lasted for a while, but he was in Pillbox hospital about 15 minutes later surrounded by other Ballas gang members - Can server logs show that he left the server and came back afterwards? I don't have any evidence of him returning unfortunately.
/sessionheads was not working when I started recording, so I used the inventory menu to get proof of his ID. This screenshot shows that the other ID's shown in the video are of my two friends: https://imgur.com/DNlER36
