Please (in detail) describe the incident: Throughout this video, you can see ID 420 not acting injured and acting as if he's completely fine whilst bleeding out in the backseat of the frogger.

I'd not taken ID 420 to liaison due to me not really having much to say to them if I did, I personally think this rule break is pretty clear cut and don't want to be seeing it throughout the war between Ballas and Grove, after all we're all here to roleplay. Not shoot, go to hospital and then go again like some 100k or die server.

Why did it take almost 24 hours from the incident occurring to report this? In addition, do you not think it is a little coincidental that a report has been up involving yourself two days prior?

In all honesty, I have no quarrels with the other person of accusing me of 'hop on'. I know I ate those two bacon sandwiches before I logged on, they were great. After I ate those sandwiches I had a sip of water then hopped on the server. This report was put up just because I'd rather not have my immersion ruined when in any roleplay situation with GSF or anyone else for that matter. 

The reason it took me so long to report this incident was because it was late at the time, I had work the next day and almost forgot about it until later that evening.

Hello mate, in all Honesty the report is an open and close report I admit what I did, I got lost in the moment and completely broke rp but this is a first time this has happened and I guarantee it’s not going to happen again.
 

I'm rather disappointed you didn’t try to contact me first however as if I knew I really upset you by ruining your immersion I would have apologised and reassured you it’s not going to happen again
