Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was a guy acting like a complete lunatic around turf, we chase him for a long period of time and then he decides to combat log under the bridge near PD.

Hello @PJ Adams, thank you for the report. While during this situation extended time goes by and words are not really exchanged, however the intentions of you chasing him and the fact that this person stabbed you at PD before logging off makes his disconnection count as a combat log. He will be receiving a permanent ban for combat logging due to this.
