Please (in detail) describe the incident: In the outcome of an event involving a failed kidnap attempt on me, I murdered two males which tried to kidnap me and kill me on top of a mountain near sandy.
When we arrived at the "destination" I was told to get out of the car, so with no gun in their hands I jumped out and pulled my standard pistol killing both of them. I proceeded to take them to the hospital knowing fully well one of them had a gun as he was flashing it prior to the killing so I drove him and carried him into paleto hospital and told him to check in, waited at the hospital bed with a gun to his head until he got up. I then told him to put his hands in the air and drop all of his items including his pistol and the bullets. We pranced around the hospital room for some time while he tries to lie to me that he is no longer in the possesion of the gun which as shown in the video is a complete lie and he did not value his life. While still at gunpoint he begins to run outside of the hospital while I chase him down, he jumps a wall and pulls his *magic* pistol that he did not have when at gunpoint inside the hospital and pops off a few shots at me to which I react and kill him, before I could say anything he disconnects and does not come back.

Alongside this both of them (only got one of the ids) decided to completely disregard the fact they were shot multipe times in the head and torso and began to sing "its coming home" and when reminded they were injured they quickly switched back to their injured voices totally disregarding the rp situation.

Also side note: This situation went sour anyway and I do apologise for any incorrect terms used e.g Inventory, Deportation and God. I know lots of people use these terms but am never sure if they are allowed to be used in situations.

ID 219/Josh Cole Shows no regard you having a gun aimed at him and being shot when asked to drop a gun he is in possession. He then processed to gun away clearly not valuing his life. After this he pulls and gun an attempts to shot his way out of the situation. He then gets killed and combat logs.

Josh Cole Permeant Ban for (C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). And (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

Now @Shad0wegIn the video you say "Your gonna get deported for this", "Your gonna loose your space in the city", "Drop the gun or I will go and grab a god", "You will catch a two week deport", "Thats fail RP", "Your just gonna get deport". 
This falls under rule (G1.5) Powergaming - Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay..
Because of this you will be receiving a 1 week Ban in line with the fair ban system.
