Please (in detail) describe the incident: Baiting Police into a chase, serious crash with no RP - FailRP. Jumping from a high bridge (FearRP) onto a Motorway then getting up and running off - really poor RP.

The evidence you've currently provided isn't sufficient enough for me to pass judgement based on our Baiting Rule (G1.3) - Do you happen to have any other footage?

I don't mate, not for the baiting but is there sufficient evidence for the other potential breaches of rules FearRP (jumping from a high bridge onto a motorway - if he wanted to claim mental illness and kill himself he wouldn't have ran off out of the way of the traffic)?

Could FailRP not also be looked at - he made no attempt to speak to us before jumping, I hadn't bumped his car or even been aggressive when speaking to him, I would have expected this gentleman to at least have threatened to jump before doing it.  Instead he used the superpower of being able to jump from a ridiculous height without breaking any bones just to escape from Police.

@eTronapologies for the delayed response to your report. 

So, regarding the "Baiting Police" - as Fluqi has mentioned, there's not quite enough evidence provided to substantiate your claim. I do think it's a little curious why, after taking that right turn down to mission row, he blasted past you through that junction and then did a quick U-turn shortly after but again, I think it needs to be a little more clear cut than this to really ascertain his intentions.

FailRP - I wouldn't categorize the jumping off the bridge as FailRP, I strongly believe it comes under our G1.5 rule, powergaming. After what's pretty much just a traffic pursuit following fairly minor traffic violations, to suddenly run up to the side of a bridge, over a motorway, exclaim "leave me alone or I'll jump", and without a moments hesitation - jump from a height that would certainly cause some broken bones, is complete horseshit. The fact that during the second or two you were looking down at him, he started to walk off - presumably to find a new car doesn't really help his case in the slightest.
