Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was sitting outside of Pillbox and heard gunshot so I reported requested CID to come down, a member of the NHS hears somebody getting stabbed inside and so we attempt to locate the suspect, while attempting to find the suspect this individual in the ruiner follows me and as you can see in the clip I go around the block performing U turns etc to evade this individual, No communication came off of them and a black in colour sultan accidentally hit me and I had no quarrels however the ruiner you can see that was not accidental.
