After attempting to get him in to ts to talk and him refusing and being kinda rude in OOC so I decide to put this report up which could have easily been resolved, I am reporting him for;
(2.2) Random Deathmatch
(7.1.7) Warning shots must be issued with 3 tracer rounds past the front and rear of the aircraft. Enough time should be given to comply before taking action.

I saw Hugo doing blood diamonds and decided to follow him in my hellcat. After flying near him when he reaches rebel outpost he decides to tell me to leave without threatening my life so I stay by and try to land on top. After landing he gives me "3" warning shots which are untracered and tells me a last time to leave and then open fires with no reasoning.

The rule says "3 tracer rounds past the front and rear of the aircraft" the most he gave was 3 to the front.

And I can see you had a tracer mag, but no tracers where present after you shot, from what I could see.

Thank you, Mason, for drawing attention to yourself and the fact that you are trying to evade a 1.6 ban on an alt account. I have rectified that situation.

@Hugoo - You did not give three warning shots to the front AND the rear, only to the front. You also did not give sufficient high quality RP before killing, instead repeating the same line we no variation. You were far far too quick on pulling the trigger.
