So I joined the server and was going to the airport to get my helicopter out to do a run and then I see a guy lying on the ground so I go up to him and a guy gets out the helicopter and says "Hands Hands Hands", I will report him for poor/low quality RP, i dont know if it's RDM but I think it is too. I tried to get him into teamspeak but he didn't join.

I'm sorry I am a noob to the server. I know my roleplay wasn't the best and I promise to never do it. The reason I couldn't join teamspeak but I don't have it.
