my voice bugged out but yeah here it is the other video was deleted before 😞

Hello,

I will not be actioning on the evidence brought on Herman Huber who was downed in the car on the basis that the evidence provided doesn't meet the threshold to action upon. 

However the video provided clearly shows Tobias von Stollenhausen disconnect after you have disabled his vehicle presumably to save gear or escape the situation etc. This is of course combat logging and action will be taken. 

Tobias von Stollenhausen - Perm Ban 

Please make sure your recording is fully working might be worth looking at other recording software's if your current one tends to bug your mic out.
