As we were providing Nizu4k with protection during his Aluminium run, he proceeds to communicate with his friends through group chat whom then arrived armed to the teeth with Rooks shouting "hands up or die", followed by no RP execution. In liaison with these gentlemen they denied any rulebreak and we descided to end the conversation there in order to take this matter futher.

I'll admit that it wasn't the best RP, but it was a counter robbery attempt on you, but you guys pulled guns and start running. Sadly you cut the part out at the mine when you were planning to rob me with your friend. Of cause I'll call my friends on Group to help me out.

But I will remind you of Hector and I being witness to your RDM on Magnus in front of 10 officers right out side Kavala.

THAT was far from quality RP.  And OBV because you are a well known player on this server they handcuffed you and let you go after 5 min.

Karma can be a c*nt... You got what you deserved. 

I will respect the ban if i broke any rule leading to this.  

But the admins should take your behavior towards other to consideration as well. Because your RP quality is as low as the one you are showing of me. Sadly i just can prof it.

Ofc I will comp for what you lost if you are going to comp what Magnus lost. But didn't get the chance to say that on TS before getting kicked

Hello Nizu4k -  I'm the 'friend' you're referring to at the Aluminium mine, please explain at what point me and Whongcheng was talking about robbing you, because when I add a video to this comment which I'm about to upload, it's going to prove that you're now blatantly lying in an attempt to avoid facing the consequences of your actions.

That seem like you've got an issue with the Police, not us - this is irrelevant.

1, I'm not trying to avoid any consequences, i'll take it and i'll admit it like i mention before.

2, -"Sadly i just can prof it." Should have been "can't" - I'm not trying to get you banned or report you guys, so it's waste spending time on it.

I have nothing against the police  But i have this issue with the behavior of wongchang. 

And the incident of Magnus and Wongchang is irrelevant for you, but you can ask him if it happen. But as far from what I see in this topic, he ain't man enough to admit it. But i really don't care, cus like i said, won't spend time reporting you guys, you do your thing

So from the bottom of my heart, i am truly sorry for you being the other victim.. 

But i guess that's the risk of playing with guys of this character.

In this case what I see here from the footage provided is clear cut case of RDM. "Hands up bitch, hands up" has never and will never be enough justification to shoot someone as satisfactory roleplay. 
Further to this, influencing roleplay situations should always be hotmic'd. It is apparent in this situation @Nizu4k that you are using group to indicate to your friends that you wish for them to attempt to rob these gentlemen. Thereby not hot mic'ing the situation to make the other party aware of the shift in the roleplay dynamic. 
This is poor. 

I thought about issuing warnings in this case, but it is clear to me from this forum report and the things witnessed in the only evidence that is available that you have not read the rules and are by en large unaware. 

As a result, the only way that I can guarantee that the three of you will read the rules, guarantee that this does not get repeated and become productive members of this community is for you to follow an unban appeal process.
