Please (in detail) describe the incident: 1 Prisoner in custody, while in my PNC he DC'ed when I was writing his report,  even while in the cell you could tell he was just here to troll. The vanishing act occurs after 10 minutes in, 15 minutes in I lower my tablet and he's gone. I attempted to contact him in OOC via his original ID, I stayed at MRPD for about 20 minutes before deploying to something else, he never came back.

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @Rekkemmo

Had a look over the video and whilst yes one could argue he may of been trying to "troll" by walking out of the cells and finding it funny, However for all we know he wanted to make it difficult for yourself within RP, So in and itself in this situation wouldn't of been enough, However with that being said I've had a look through and can see he did leave intentionally whilst still in an active roleplay situation. As such the reported player will receive a permanent ban under C2.3.
