Please (in detail) describe the incident: Harvey was causing trouble at turf and shot two of us, i rushed back to turf before the footage and saw Cal dead, He was coming around our turf and teasing us leading to his death, we took him to the cove and we were waiting for one of our boys to get his car so we could dump him and the car at the same time and when i did he locked the car on me and caused me to die. from my knowledge this is against the rules. His Id at the time can be seen arount 1 minute 20 into the footage (271), he claims we only shot him in the leg, but clearly in the footage we shot him in the head or torso. when his car was flipped.

in RP due to the car going into the water , water contact with the electrics caused the car locks to seize up resulted to the car becoming locked .

cars dont work like that, when the car is unlocked cars dont lock when electrictronics malfunction, cars do no change the state of which they are locked or unlocked when they are in water, cars usually have an emergency unlock mechanism near the window for when this happens when the vehicle is already locked for when they do, in fact malfunction. In conclusion, car locks DO NOT LOCK once water hit the electronics, they will stay in the same state as when they hit the water in the first place.

Thank you for your report @Flutter, after watching the video, I can clearly see, Harvey has once you drove the car into the water exploited a bug that lets you lock and unlock vehicles in the downed state, this shouldnt have been the case and if done is treated the same as exploiting as it is not an intended feature.

I hope everyone else that was confused about the thing now knows what our stance is on the matter. It shouldnt be done.
