i was hiding, when i heard he came with the truck i went to try to rob him and when i held him at gunpoint i told him hands up. and then he responded with how do i do that. i told him how. then he started writing and i tried to tell him how and then he jumped in the truck and drove off... i sent him a message and asked why he risked his life at gunpoint. and he aswerd with who are you. after some messages he tryed to get me to come to a city so he could give me money. but i told him since he first pretended like nothing and acted stupid in the messages. i would send a report on him and after 6 min he left the server. and if you look at our messages you can see what we wrote.

So lets start by looking at the video and how you approached the player.  You walk up to him with you gun out saying 'Hands up, hands up'  This is not giving any sort of high quality RP we expect here.  When you are speaking to a player and trying to give them a command can you please use direct and use // at the start, For example: // Shift J.  After the player decided to drive off you used your phone in order to message the player.  You do not know the players name at all so you have mettagamed.  
I am going to be issuing you a ban for what i have said above. The player you are reporting did nothing wrong.
