I robbed someone, then about 40 mintues and a server restart later they shoot whilst I was in situation with someone else. He said it was roleplay but there was way too much time between us robbing him and him shooting me. We waited for him in teamspeak for a while but he said he came later but we didnt recieve any messages letting us know he was waiting.

I suggest for simplicity that both these reports are considered as the same dispute. I really don't want to have to state the same arguments in this report as well. Is that acceptable for you @ravoman? 

 
Ok then, there seems to be alot of confusion for some reason with this especially in the other report. if  @Alex Daland and @ravoman want to talk to me today or tomorrow, i would like to chat on this, otherwise after tomorrow, ill sort it in here. Ill be in ts available at times through the day

I'm drinking beer tonight with a friend, so probably not the best time for discussions "face to face", I am available in text if it needs to be tonight. Or else I can set time for 12:00GMT tomorrow? Whatever suits best for @ravoman and @Gregory

Ok np actually I was on ts through the days yesterday and before but no one came to me so i will do it here. Alex, from what i saw in your video and from the other report, when you woke up and then got a car out, you would have had no idea that they were the actual guys from easier on and just going round corner then shooting as him without nothing before is not good. you were not involved in that robbery from what i saw and i dont think you would appreciate if after a robbery as you are walking along a path, suddenly get shot by some randomer?

 
As I explain in the other report, I was robbed, not killed. Ran to my house to get a gun and revenge, went looking for them  *Server restart* drove back and then I found them, I would have gone about it different if they weren't in the middle of a robbery.

And I do agree that if even one little detail was different from when I was robbed, different place, clothes, weapons or anything it would be wrong to assume it was the same robbers (rp and real life for that matter). I do also agree that I should have, and next time I will try to create a better RP situation by involving the cops or some "scheme" to get revenge instead of firing. However, I still would have to be able to "remember stuff that occurs before server restart" to be able to go into that RP scheme?

I would be angry if I got shot by a randomer, totally agree, but if I robbed him earlier... I'd kinda have to expect it?

Ok i just need you to understand  that id it is a restart, you would need to re-initiate in some way again, as it is mostly a different situation after that, especially if one of them had balaclava. so they also know what is happening roleplay reason why aswell. Sorry for late reply, bit of an illness at the moment

 
Ok then, i need you to understand that when going back in so we dont have this again, if you are not sure on something you are going to do, us staff are around just in-case. next time we may not be as forgiving.
