Let's get into this report shall we,
In the videos we see multiple grove members doing some bins, eventually Azteca's show up and G check Grove albeit chaoticly and eventually figure out Ramsay is in there. Ramsay is then held up by 2 Azteca's whilst Ramsay only has a knife on them.
Ramsay decided to ignore the demands of the Azteca's whilst at an disadvantage and even proceeds to antagonize the Azteca's. Given that there is a police car sitting next to them for assurance that can overhear/see their conversation it still doesn't make sense because of the sheer number of Azteca's surrounding the truck.
After a slight conversation Ramsay notices his members being held up and proceeds to run at someone that points a gun his direction and pulls out his knife to stab the azteca who in the same timeframe aims the firearm at his face taking a chance to protect his members.
At the end of the day, that latter part revolves around him taking the chance but again is bringing a knife to a gunfight. I don't believe this means valueing your life with that many armed Azteca's surrounding you. There was no realistic way you would've gotten out alive by acting the way that was presented here.
Although it was not random, no high quality roleplay was provided to the Azteca's prior to them being stabbed. You've been here for a fair while so we expect a higher standard from you especially in your gang lead position.
In the situation as a whole, we do recognize there was a breach of NVL, mainly in the first part of the situation therefor the
report will be approved.
@AA001, You've reported Grove as a whole here, but most of the members of Grove have complied with your demands and only fought you when you lost control of the situation we don't see a breach of NVL from them & no action will be taken against them.
