After a conversation with JohnJoeEgan i went back to enjoy some classic TCK banter wile waiting for the restart. I was running around in the base compound. While discussing some money. I run past one off the little shit shacks and a guy runs out with a gun and say "Hands up Hands up Hands up" i feel he did not give enough time to comply or a clear initiation. I did not manage to even catch up on what was happening before i was dead. I did attempt to resolve this with negative outcome.

Hi, i'm GreeN, who "RDMED" a KitKat.... I came to teamspeak to discuss a situation, but i even didnt had a chance to say anything, after you said what you want, you just kicked me... And about that, i was listening what you are saying, and you were so toxic when i started to talk about my opinion.... I'm including the video, if you need longer one, i can uplaod it too... umm, i agree that was not a high level initiation, but i'm pretty sure that it was acceptable... i did nothing wrong, at least you had a chance to stop and start talking with me, (you had 9 secconds..) but you runned 15 meters from me and wasnt thinking to accept my offer.... ) Im 110% sure about that... and you should agree with that, cause thats clearly in the video..

+ i dont think that you should come as an admin, when gunfight is active.. btw, you broke my squad chances to have a gunfight, cause as soon as we saw an admin, we stopped shooting and TCK killed us....  we lost alot $$$$ because of that... but i will not post it on forums, cause i know how sad people can be when got shot...

Allright.. i dont care about our guns, its our fault, cause we were looking to rob that base... maybe one day... So, i just dont understand, how is it not enough time to stop running away and chat with me, at least stop and start a conversation... i never kill for no reason... i saw there was much more guys, so thats why i shooted you after some time, cause it seemed that you will go away, get in cover and try to kill me..

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Firstly you did not engage any form of quality roleplay. You just said "hands up" "hands up" 

Secondly you did not even give him time to comply.

You just saying hands up does not give you the right to shoot someone. You did not even threaten his life in any way whatsoever.
