I was in a active gunfight with rebels I get shot and killed by GreeNs friend he then executes me with zero roleplay , I tried talking with the guy in teamspeak but his attitude was terrible and thats putting it politely he was calling us " whining dogs " numerous times so lI left the resolution as im not going to be insulted whilst resolving , I tried my best and this could of eaisly been resolved if GreeN was alot more mature about the situation .

"This is how it started, this is the screen of my friends pipilioza. You actually did the RDM, AT LEAST - Low level RP, why i have to say smth before finishing you? Should i say "Godbye" to be able to finish you off? Its not the first time we get in accident with your squad, cause your squad is allways looking for trouble. And you allways start saying "RDM, Low RP" and stuff like that. I came to ts, but your friend, that from his voice is ab 12-14 years old, started to shout at me, and didnt let me to say anything, so i said "stop whining like a dog and let me say smth", then he started to shout at me even more and then stuff members came. After i talked with them, i left ts.."

 
Ok where do i begin , lets start with you're video in you're video you can clearly hear me say " do not drive away or i will shoot your tyres " you then vdm lacey so i shoot the tyres to get you to stop , how is this RDM - Poor role play . 

I have a video of you saying in teamspeak that you say " I put a report up  against you guys and they do not get ban " I then said this has nothing to do with what had just happened and I then said are you just here to get people banned and you just continued in a rage not allowing anyone to talk so we went to staff help .

We were waiting for staff to come and help and you were very angry not allowing anyone to speak and then you continued to call us whining dogs multiple times not once and then you then proceed to say enjoy the ban to me which was heard by tik tak and i also have a recording if needed.

I will say this the only time that i will report anyone is if they fail to resolve a situation with and to be fair i gave you more chances than enough to resolve but your attitude was disgusting and in no way would i ever talk to anyone in the manner you did .

First of all, i would like to explain, that its pipilioza's video (my squad member), and one thing is that i cant hear it clearly + in video sound quality is much much better than it was, pipilioza can prove that if needed. Second : How pipilioza VDM'ed Lacey if Lacey shot at pipilioza after Fog killed you? Third: I came to ts, but lacey (prob. 12-14 years old was talking loud and didnt let me say anything (he was shouting at me), sorry, but im a normal person and i dont do records of it, cause im not looking for trouble anytime and not trying to defend myself after i made a misstake. This time, i made a misstake by coming to ts, cause i heard alot of rude words sent on me. Well, now about the situation: You posted in TS a rule, where it says you cant just say put your hands up and start shooting after a second.
As you can see in the video, you started shooting right away. It was not High quality RP by the way. So, i just came with a pistol and finished both of you, cause you made my squad really mad. What we were suppossed to do? Someone comes and start picklocking (which in my opinion is robbing) without any RP? The next thing that you shot first, so we were able to kill you, right? Sorry, you ruined our plans to go somewhere, i did a misstake, next time ill say "bye bye", but... If you look for trouble, and die, dont complain about that.

Well, man... You were looking for trouble, i'm pretty sure that it was low level role play too. So we ended the same, both we made a misstake, and i would agree to just close this topic without any consequences to both of us. We did a misstakes, you complain about that i finished you off without saying anything, i'm complaining about that you started shooting at my friends truck without quite good roleplay. If you want me to get banned, yeah, i agree, i made a misstake by not roleplaying it right till the end. I was too mad at this moment when you guys ruined my friends truck and his life.

I initiated with roleplay if you can give a better way to ask someone to stop the truck then please elaborate , I dont want anyone banned like i stated your attitude was that bad i did not want to resolve as you were constantly over talking people and insulting us . 

There will be no consequences to me as i did nothing wrong buddy if you want to close this report i suggest you message me on teamspeak to resolve it but im going to say this if you are aggressive in any way ill leave as i dont come on to be insulted . 

 
Two days ago, UNMC wanted to stop my truck. They kept following me couple km's, they said at least two three times to stop the vehicle, then they started shooting. My friend even didnt had a time to think about the situation. Well, how you want me to be friendly if i wasnt able to say anything? your friend, Lucey? was shouting at me almost all the time, then i was really mad, cause i wasted your and my time to come to teamspeak and i wasnt able to talk, i tried, but.... Your excuse that you did everything good, it was not high roleplay, you can say whatever you want, but if i need to say "goodbye" before shooting you down, and you can start shooting at my friends truck after not clear initiation... well.. i would like to solve it out, but i wont come to ts without any stuff listening what we are talking, cause last time i heard a young boy's voice shouting at me and talking something about RDM.

Well, and thats how you call "solve the problem"... It doesnt matter if you talk on your side, initiation must be heard on both sides, its in the rules. You roughly did low level RP, and i made a misstake by finishing you off without saying "do you have anything to say before you die"... i feel sorry about that, next time if i wont get banned, ill do that and will never forget that. :) But you dont look that you feel sorry what happenned here, its not the first time we meet you guys, i heard you today complaining with other guy why he killed you.... in my opinion, you allways look for trouble, but if you look for trouble and then complain, than why you are looking for trouble? I know, you're donator, an old member, im here for almost 1,5 year, but i never needed to register on forums, cause its first times i ever got reported. And all reports were missunderstanding, but you are not of those who like to solve it nice way, you did low level rp, said that my friend VDMED your friend Lucey, which was in the other side of the buildings ATM, so you lied a lil bit, but thats not my role to solve that out. I dont want to be banned, i looked at the rules already and i feel sorry, but i feel sorry to admins and to the whole community, but not to the member who initiated that problem and then started to complain. Sorry for being aggressive from my side, but i really feel sorry for the whole community, but not for you, cause its not the first time when i meet your squad and i see how you're playing. Im here to look for trouble are you being serious buddy , Im complaining in chat i have never complained in chat the only reason i ask to speak to people is because on a daily basis im surrounded by people who DO NOT UNDERSTAND the rules .

I spend more time in teamspeak helping people understand where they went wrong , if people only knew how many hours i actually spend resolving issues , this would of been the same for you if only you were not so aggressive and threatening towards me and lacey . 

You are trying you're best to say i had low rp but there was nothing wrong from my side and i have done nothing wrong do not sit there and say my squad are playing the game incorrectly without hard evidence buddy , we have been here a long time we know the rules and play by them daily . 

I will leave it there buddy as nothing else can be added but i will say this you are a very toxic man buddy and you certainly have issues with the copper kings .

 
I see that you dont understand what im talking about. Tell me where i said that you complain about smth in chat, or show me where i said that you are looking for troubles here? I'm talking about ingame situations. Your squad brakes the rules half the time you initiate. Just i feel sorry cause i dont have much space on my ssd to do recordings now. But thats not the case. I mean, im not toxic, you look the one who can lie, do everything to make yourself a victim. And about that situation, i would like to hear the admins answer, cause in most cases it would be taken as a low rp. (And you are toxic, cause at the begining you spoke that my friend VDM'ed Lacey, but its not true). So you do everything to look like a victim in this situation that we are talking about. I will not talk with you in Teamspeak, cause your young friend was toxic before i started to be aggressive, but you dont excuse about that, you just talk what i did. Think about the time when your friend started shouting at me withou "hello". You said you have voice recordings how we are talking, upload that, but from  the beginning - where i say "hello guys". It is coming to be more and more hard to understand for admins and other people here, cause i just dont get why you are complaining and lieing about the details. You are saying that i came to teamspeak to shout at you? I allways go to teamspeak and help people or talk to solve the problems. But, not this time, and you should give me the evidence to make me calm this time. Cause i wont let people lie that i'm salty idiot who only talks loud and calls other "whining dogs". I wont be here for 1,5 year if i would be like i described.

And i would like to add, that i said sorry not once, i just wont go to teamspeak without any staff member listening us, and thats a strange thing that you rejected. I'm almost sure that all what you want is to remove my squad from this community. And we can leave if admins say so, it will be sad to leave such a nice and old community of rp. I said sorry here not once. And i can say one and last time: Sorry for not saying "do you have to say smth before you die criminal". And i say sorry for the people who actually follow this post and reads it. And i say sorry to admins and all staff members who need to take decisions here. I say sorry to you, for killing you without finishing rp situation (at least you was dead already, so we had a chance to leave you or finish you (in most cases we leave people, but not when we get attacked without planned rp)). 
I will paste the rule here: (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

Do it looks like you initiated correctly and gave enough time to comply with your order? I dont want to talk about that cause i should create another report, but i will not, cause all i want is just to forget this situation and never meet you again in-game...

But now, i will never say sorry to Lucey, cause that guy insulted me badly and i will never forget that. First time i see community member like him.

In case, if that was what you did called a high level rp, nevermind, but it seems that the VDM looks because of the server lagg. Look at pipilioza's video, there was no vdm at all, and how Lucey was able to teleport 150m in 5 seconds if VDM animation takes 10-15 secs?... I dont knuw buddy, but there's no teamspeak recording at all, so... you looked for trouble, my friends killed you, and now you are the victim, not thinking about pipilioza, which one was killed by your hand. You know, when you try to rob someone without initiation, my friends were around the truck and lucey started lockpicking, then pipilioza drove couple meters before you shot at him. You instantly started shooting, without being sure that he heard your voice. I have never seen UNMC or police officers shooting straight away after not being sure if i heard their orders. Got that? Its a 50/50 situation, where both of our squads did something wrong. And you should wait till admin reacts to my friends video and say how it looks. Cause now it looks that you wanted a free money, but lost your guns and trying to predent to be a victim of that situation. All what i did is just broke the rule without saying "bye bye" before finishing you off, but you started talking about RDM, but just after i left ts because of your insulting friend Lucey, you talked about low level rp. 

 
Well, in case nobody will reply anymore to me, would like to say big sorry for that incident. Dont want to be banned, cause i know that it will never happen again.... Thanks to the admins who will take decision anyway, no matter what they will decide. I know i made a misstake and i can promise that it will never happen again. I'm allways going to teamspeak to solve the problems if somebody's asking me or i see one.... 

 
You can close the report as he has acknowledged where he went wrong and seems genuine in his apology but i will add this , this could of eaisly of been resolved in a calm way on teamspeak and i accept your apology and it is not my intention to try and get people banned but sometimes people leave you little choice .
