What best describes this incident ?: RDM and talking to gang while dead
Please (in detail) describe the incident: so we stopped at the edge of NLR zone by Agios as one of my colleges has four minuets left of NLR left so we stop on the side of the road and wait for it to ether end or we get a call out to somewhere east away from Agios we then see a orange zamak truck being shot at and returning fire we move forwards to see what's going on the guy by the zamak says the people by the humming bird where trying to rob him he then returns fire at the humming bird while shots are coming in at the truck we then proceed forward towards the humming bird to try and deescalate the situation and as i pull up on the side of the road i am shot dead with no interaction by the gunman at any point (i will skip the part about getting him in team speak) while in team speak i ask him what all that was about he says he doesn't understand what I'm saying i repeat myself and believed he acknowledged what i said and then was saying he wasn't in the wrong and said that we were shooting at him i then tell him no officer had shot any bullets at anyone at any point in this situation at which point i heard him talking to his gang members giving locations away about police movement and the orange zamak i then tell him he can't do that as he is dead and is unable to work the radio at this time but i am ignored by him i tell him im trying to help him here by trying to stop him from breaking another rule but pays no interest in what I'm saying without replying to me i then ask for assistance to join me in liaison where sciancefreak joins me and i explain what is going on and then gerhard says he has done nothing wrong and don't listen to us trying to explane what has gone wrong but before we can finnish he then leaves the TeamSpeak channel
(sciancefreak understood what i was saying so i doubt there was issue with my mic at any point)
