Please (in detail) describe the incident: As we are approaching the 229 turf, we see a person who is blacked out. As we get closer, he starts shooting. Since there was no high-quality roleplay, I think this is RDM. If such behaviour is allowed, I could go about 229 and just start killing everyone I think is a part of them, which is plainly absurd because neither side knew who the other was. I made an effort to liaise with Gekz, but he didn't appear to find anything wrong with his actions.

Hello, I am the person you are reporting. 

Firstly, I can understand the RDM report seeing as that's what we went to liaise about but it makes no sense as to why you've decided to add Powergaming and Common Sense into this report. 

I made an effort to liaise with Gekz, but he didn't appear to find anything wrong with his actions.

In the liaison you said you understood the points I was making you said you just wanted to put it up on the forums anyways to get a staff's perspective on it which I said I was more than happy with. Don't try to make it out like it was some sort of useless liaison now. 

Moving onto the situation and like I explained to you in the liaison, you posted a picture on our turf (which will be attached) clearly looking for a reaction. Yes in the picture you were in colours and then came back blacked out but like I also explained to you, I have seen Cutlass in matte black Dominator ASPs and black Jester Racecar's. 

The way I see it, you posted on our turf and 5-10 minutes later come back in cars that not just me but all of 229 recognise as Cutlass cars, and so I decided to shoot. Let's be frank and honest, we both know if I said I'm 229 I would've been shot and killed instantly. 

Me personally I do not believe this is RDM at all as Cutlass and 229 have been having an ongoing issue, and fights, for the past 22 days. I can accept maybe a bit of poor RP but if I am indeed in the wrong then I will take it on the chin and learn from it.  

I will be leaving staff to deal with it.

You decided to shoot me despite the fact that neither of us was wearing any distinguishing colours and had no other means to recognise the other. If I had followed your logic, I should have driven up to you and shot you.

Alright thanks for the extended clip @Eziekiel MontoyaI will move forward with the report.

@GekzYour statement regarding known that this is what Cutlass are wearing and driving about in is null and void due to the fact that @Eziekiel Montoyawas fully blacked out, he did not have any identifiable colours (Cutlass Camo) on his person like the person you posted on this report had the Mask and Hat. He was driving a black car, came from Marabunta'ish turf down to 229 turf in a black car. Whilst yes, You could've known Cutlass were around turf in black cars...that doesn't give you the right to shoot any and all people blacked out in black cars, Imagine you shot a Hustler member, Imagine you shot an Azteca who was blacked out?

Anyway, he has rolled up and before he even got any words out. You shot him without any Roleplay. He didn't even aim a gun, yes he mounted the curb in an aggressive manner some could say but a lot of people drive like idiots, and or are generally aggressive drivers on the server.

With the above being said, I am quite annoyed that you've broke one of the most simplest rules with this being a Roleplay Server..
