Please (in detail) describe the incident

me and 4 other gang members spot a box truck so for fun we decided to follow it in our 4 hellcats to see what he would do. After a while he stopped and pointed a pistol at one of our helis, i land so i can go up and rob him while he is still distracted. He then spots me and then as i was going up close to him he just open fired upon me and kills me.

I feel it is important to note that this player is clearly relatively new and needs to know the rules. A ban isn't necessarily the best cause of action maybe an insurance that he has learnt the rules before playing again.

Alright, After reviewing the uncut Video the case of RDM is pretty clear.

In terms of compensation you will obviously require a video of you bleeding out.
