Please (in detail) describe the incident: I got a msg from g6 that my shop was being robbed, I turned up with a few friends and no one was around, we waited and 3 guys dressed in black turned asking if any of us was the shop owners, I told them I was, a few back and fourth and we argued that turned me to bring a knife out to hold I belive the ring leader to hold his hands up, he didnt do and pulled a blade out, I stabbed him and he stabbed me, I downed him, he didnt act injured at all after this.

second part is after, when the nhs turned up he was making out he was ran over and not stabbed, I belive this was powergaming (G1.5) roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services,

This is from my point of view. I pulled up to the store with my friends, we asked a simple question, asking you if this was your store.

You then proceeded to get violent then call on your radio for back up, telling your boys to “tool up”. For what reason?

if you took the time to tell us before things got heated that you were just alerted from G6 about your store being robbed maybe the situation wouldn’t have escalated.

When you brought the knife out to me, I shouldn’t have took mine out and stabbed you, that was my bad and out of anger and I do apologise.

I would also like to apologise for the profanity and cursing I was using, it was a little heated at the time and I was angry but I had no right to be talking how I was.

Also I shouldn’t have been shouting like when downed and injured, I should have been acting injured.

I do think there was a miss understanding with the whole situation but I could have went about things differently.

I do hope we can resolve this.

You can also hear me say “Lads get in the car” or something along those lines, trying to leave the area.

Which then you guys kept pressing us, which is understandable seeing as you were just notified by G6 that your store was robbed and we were asking if it was your store. 

Like I said, I do think it’s a misunderstanding, but I could have went about things differently and I do apologise.

Cammy I tired three times to reach you in ooc to come teamspeak and I waited for a while but you never joined, I had this type of dealings with you before which wasnt reported and so I don't believe its a misunderstanding.

This is my bad, I must have not been paying attention to it.

And you’ve had one other run into me which was also a misunderstanding.

I do apologise for missing you asking me to come to TS.

If you would be willing to hop in one and speak about it.

It would be great to resolve this with you and talk about what happened.

Seen this reply as I seen you in the hospital bed.

I did ask you in game to go into TS and doing /me, my mistake, I used /me instead of ooc.

Then you said in ooc that you will not join TS.

so fair enough mate. I’ve had my say, let’s see what the staff has to say.

 
Finding me in a hospital bed and asking to speak on another platform, then using the /me to ask if I've got dc or can we speak in TS isn't the right way to do things, I already posted I would be happy to speak in TS and I was waiting on you to reply. I know this would be pointless so im going to leave this to staff to deal with

Hello @MichaelMason, thank you for doing your part in reporting a player.

I will be splitting down this report to three parts as your report included shop part 1, shop part 2 and the hospital section.

Shop Part 1

I have reviewed the evidence a few times and this is what I have gotten to so far, ID 171 was Cammy Santos and they were outside your shop which was being robbed, you showed up to question it a bit and it didn't go well and you got into a bit of argument.

You decided to jump out of your vehicle and point a knife towards ID 171, ID 171 decided to not care and pull out their knife and stab you back, they were at a disadvantage over there but they still proceeded to pull out a knife to stab you, that would be breach of rule (G2.4) Value of life.

Moving forward once they got injured they proceeded to scream from the ground like nothing happened saying words like ' you got a war ' ' shut you mouth I am tryna explain myself' etc, ID 171 was not acting properly according to their injuries and that would be breach of rule (G4.4). If you want to explain things and clear things up then go to teamspeak do not discuss about it in-game, my recommendation would be just staying silent on the ground and go with the flow.

Shop Part 2

Right moving on to part 2 of the report. I believe this part included the powergaming rule, ID 171 is injured on the ground here and ID 171 proceeds to lie about their injuries by saying they got ran over, I will recommend not to lie about your injuries as this could breach the rule (G1.5). Powergaming - roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services.

Hospital Section

Right this part is not gonna be long at all but I just wanted to add up for Cammy that you should not use /me for wrong purposes, /me is used to enhance roleplay, using /me to ask a person to come to teamspeak or discord is not allowed, do not use it like that. Using that generally is bad and going up to hospital and finding the person who you had an incident with a day before does not give you rights to call them to teamspeak in RP by using /me commands.

Information for Michael

The report title included the rules rather than the ID's so try to provide us the ID's but it isn't a big issue as you got the ID's in video anyways.

Final Note: The roleplay could've been better in that situation by both parties but we will leave it on that for now.
