Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was selling drugs and as I was standing by the drug dealer, Fyxit says to "Put your hands up right now, put hands up and I don't kill you". I panic and first begin to sync data as the server said that it would restart soon. Shortly after he says "Do it" and shoots me. I panic again and forget how to put up my hands and then he shoots me.

On other servers I would not mind as this is a common robbery. However as this is a high quality RP server where rule 7.3.1 states that "Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. " then it makes me wonder wether this is poor RP or not. I spoke with Fyxit on TS later and he said that nothing was wrong with his RP and did not want to sort things out. Therefore I let the admins figure out wether this is a proper RP initialization or not.

You still do not understand the point mate. The point is your poor way of starting the robbery by basically saying "Put your hands up or I shoot". If these initializations are OK then no action will be taken and I myself will initiate robberies by doing this, but the rules states otherwise. 

 
If i was robbed or saw someone rob most of them are same like this. If you think tria is faul to then they can report and ban more than a half of server

If you know so good rules like you writing it, you should learn basic commands too. I think it is revenge report because he lost his money.

I think It is not poor RP they doing to me everytime and ppl give me less time to do it.

Player banned for poor RP. It specifically says in the rule to not initiate with 'hands up or die,' you basically did exactly that.
