Please (in detail) describe the incident

We where on our way to store some weed in our houses at Neocheri, when we spot 1 guy with a rifle on the ground, he looked really greared while only 1 of us was armed ( we had 3 guys ) So we dropped of one hobo looking person that belonged to our gang, The Rebel asked what he was doing in his town, so he said i was just exploring because i like this town, then I (waffle) landed the orca hopped out my armed friend hopped in to pilot seat and started hovering back at about 25 meters, then the Rebel told us to tell the orca to land and put our hands on our heads, we told the guy that the guy in the orca was a random stranger that just dropped us of here, so on coms we told him to get out of the area, and we put our hands up then some roleplay was issued and a hummingbird arived at the scene with two other rebels, asking me a question and if i would anwser correctly i would not be shot, The question was, I quote "What is the best spice?", i answered BBQ, wich apperantly was wrong so i got shot, then the question towards my friend was, wich is the best Call Of Duty, Wich he anwsered to Black Ops 1, then one of the rebels said okay thats good you can put your hands down and go, wich he was doing and then he got shot by another rebel because they disagreaded about the anwser, then we took it to TeamSpeak, it got really tense thanks to the atidude Jhonny was having. At ended with just saying report, Ive came back calmed down after 10 minutes. Apoligized towards the support member, and asked him if i could privately talk to the guys, he said yes, so i hopped in to AVC Lounge, asking the guys to come, again he started having attitude until they said he would comp when we got online, because it was late i had to go it's been 2 days since the incedent now and they have not tried to contact me our my friend [TE] Ghost, i have just talked to support for the third time and he told me to go ahead and report.

aight can you explain to me and the staff members why you say and i quote "no don't come back it is outcast they are the biggest dicks on the server" 

how did you know that i was outcast ? 

and the i just want to report him?

your friend sais no i don't want comp and than you ask for 100k comp 

than your friends said it is upto who ever what you want to do and he sends a message over steam saying REPORT

than you bringing stuff up and not letting me answer it 

cutting us off all the time 

and than you want a BIG comp ??

than you say that you don't like us so that is why you want to get us banned

and the fact that you don't want to resolve anything with anyone just get people banned

and if i would have said ok i will give you 100k each than there would't be a report which i find ridiculous

did we make a mistake yes did we admit it yes was my attitude bad don't think so did we want to comp you yes but you didn't want it so i don't know what this is about but let's have an admin decide

Also the fact about the second time we talked to you, you kept on saying that you would not want to comp me. Whilst we came back calmed down trying to reconsider everything and you the not litterly told us to fuck off and kept on saying that comp was off the table, Frank was complying whilst your attitude was again not at its best while we where trying to resolve it in a different way, then your friend volunteert to comp me and Frank complyed to comp Ghost, now its been 2 days of us being online and yet no action was taken. And in both talks it felt like you did not care, i feel like your party has to come out and fix it you made the mistake not us

I do agree that the first talk was completely not right on both sides

Ive done what i can another chance was given!

fyi it is not like i have to over comp because and i quote "only lost 40k" you asked for a 100k each when you only lost 40 in total now when you said that you wanted that amount of money than yes i did tell you to fuck off because it is not how it works 

and about you being online i haven't seen you in TS at all and you haven't send me a message either and when vik and frank said that they were going to comp you because they were the ones who were asking the question you said that my attitude was still shitty even though your mate just wants me banned now if you are here just to get people banned well than i don't know what to think about you people make mistakes it was dumb i admitted to it i wanted to give you what you had lost but you didn't want it 

btw how was the first talk not right on both sides what are you on about i haven't done anything wrong when we were talking the first time

i would like to say that i was the Frank Trepano and i have been on teamspeak for multiple days and yet i have not seen you online? i offered 100k comp from me yet i have not seen you. I said i noticed how shit the question i gave to you was that is why i do feel so bad about it and i was up for resolving it on my behalf from comp for my actions but jhonny has a different perspective on the situation as me. If you still want the compensation for the original gear for MY mistake i am still up for providing that as i previously said.

I appreciatie you trying to resolve it, you where actually trying to resolve it in the second talk you kept trying to get this resolved while Johnny kept enyojing his game and wasn't caring it all, and we lost more than 40K we both had 25 marijuna on us wich is worth about 100K so if my math is correct that would be 120K each and for Johnny as stated i will go fuck off and let the admins decide on the rest

So Frank if you're still uw for camping my ingame name is Kirby

Everything is settled for the kill on me the one towards my clan mate was even worse, and isn't settled, because i was told to fuck off, so i'll let the support decide on that one

This incident that occured really gets me itchy, especially the Roleplay that went off the last 2 minutes before server restart. And also what concerns me is the shitty attitude with eachother which isn`t needed after the RP ends. 

Guys, listen this is a serious RP server and killing someone because he said the wrong,``Spice``? Really? Add more effort behind it, if theres 2 minutes left it doesn`t mean  you have to kill them for a shitty answer. 

I understand both parties have there point of view concerning on what went on, but before it starts escalating in Teamspeak please get a support member to mentor the discussion going on.

This disrespectful nasty lashing between gangs offmic needs to stop or keep it to yourself. 

Its this continues, those will be dealt with accordingly and will be removed from the server.

We never knew each other before the incident, Sometimes we would just get robbed by them but other then that there was no beef between us, How do we move forward from this point?

 
Those who have lost gear/Items, should be compensated.

@RuTHLeSS INFOIt's not about money, it is about people realising what was wrong about it and that never should happen, so there never is beef or hate towards each other, that only John Winters got from my point of view
