So I arrive at the drug dealer in my helicopter, before I go in for the land I see alot of armed men so I gently back off. Then they start shooting at me, You can see in the video one of them actually strike the helicopter. At this moment my mentality is to land mess these fools up which follows. Might I also add they shoot one of my team mates in a hatchback and when I've landed they continue to open fire upon myself.

Frank did come to TS but the vibe I was getting is he didn't really care.

pretty sad that u reporting me because i gave u 3 warning shots in the front and 3 in the back, just like the rules say. what they did is not my call.

yes i am Stefan. dont be so salty mate. its just a game and we only gave warning shots, that u cant see that they are red mags and are getting missed isnt really my problem is it?:D, hf in game anyway.

im not stupid. but my name isnt stefan either is it? so i made sure u dont get salty on me too cuz my name isnt stefan, but i guess i failed.

Yes but to make and accurate judgement i am requesting a longer video. The Report a player information post also states "Please give as much detail as possible along with video/screenshot evidence so we can make the correct judgement. Any evidence provided must show context of the situation, therefore it is advised  to supply 2-3 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs." @S A L V If the video needs to be keept hidden feel free to PM me on TS/forums and i will add it into the report. 

Also lets keep this clean and stop having these silly arguments in the comment section. @S A L V @nemoko @TRAVIS SCOTT

Okay, i did ask Salv if he had a longer video of this something that he does not have. I am therefor judging based upon the submitted evidence from both parties.

Warning shot are given to the helicopter that @S A L V is flying. The people on the ground then proceeds to initiate thru voice. You do not fly off despite getting warning shots but proceeds to land on the other side of the hill. You have there for not complied with them as they did tell you to fly of.  From the state of the evidence it looks like it can be something before hand leading up to the situation that is not shown or keep't away. On that note i will be rejecting this report.
