Please (in detail) describe the incident: Video is rather self explanatory, ID 140 says "I need to go to sleep now" and then disappears mid processing, I went through the effort of extending the interaction by calling in a Solicitor for ID 140 only for him to combat log on myself meaning the RP was ruined.

I did not attempt to resolve this with FRANK JAMES as he had returned today and attempted to play it off like nothing ever happened and that the RP had been forgotten about

I hope we're doing well in this lovely sunny day (At least it's sunny over here). 

If he truly needed to go he could've made a ticket, contact staff, or inform you OOC/Staff-OOC about having the need to leave, sadly this was not the case. From the looks of it, he is also very new to the server and has most-likely not read our rules. 

I talked to 140 in-game as well to try get his point of view, we talked about this stuff together, I had a word with him but he wanted to be punished for him breaking such rule. After talking to him for 20 minutes we talked about the situation and gave him the benefit of the doubt, however he was informed about the ways he should go about this situation. In the future he was told to mention people's IDs in OOC, ask for an admin, make a discord ticket.
