So we were patrolling the red zones when my buddy Lee the bastard crashed his chopper, we then made arrangements to get him medical support. We arrived at the medic and it didn't take long until we were swarmed with rebels and I believe one police officer. The rebels made some exchanges to talk but overall, Including oh its a rebel can we rob him. I will let the video speak the rest but my reasoning for reporting this incident is because FERGU he made no effort to roleplay his way to kidnapping the person, instead used a mechanic in order to calmly get him stuck so Lee then cannot have the freedom to move and roleplay back and is instead forced to be restrained which I believe this to be power gaming. If Lee were given time to complete his roleplay with the medic this would not be a problem. In the TeamSpeak conversation we had it seem'd this was something FERGU was used to doing and seem'd it was completely acceptable roleplay. And admitted that this is a tactic to use as he is most vulnerable as opposed to starting trouble with any of the rest of us who can retaliate.

Only got 2 questions to ask here really

1. Why would you not hot mic you telling Techno to get behind a rock?

2. Why are you reporting me if Lee was the one that I took hostage?

1, i cannot hot mic anymore my push to talk  mutes all platforms, unfourtunatley i use it for CSGO. 

2, Lee has asked me to submit this as he has problems with his replays.

3, i also suppose you hot miced everything you were saying and u were just that quiet in general?

Right, so.

If watched the footage and have concluded that the Roleplay had leading up to the taking of the hostage on this occasion was not of a sufficient standard. It is also apparent that you @Hasil The Bastard did not hotmic in this situation. @Fergu you have been around for a long while now and I would expect much more from you than what was displayed within the video.

As for this, not being able to hotmic because you play CSGO is not an excuse for breaking a server rule here. I would advise you to get that sorted so you can actually hotmic.

Now to conclude this report I am going to say the following:

@Fergu When taking someone hostage please do so in future with a higher standard of RP. Simply stating "putting restraints on" and slapping zipties on someone simply won't cut it. As a result you will be receiving a ban under rule 7.1.1 

@Hasil The Bastard As a result of you failing to hotmic in this situation you will also be receiving a ban under rule 3.5
