Video shows Fepalke purposely VDM'ing me, you can see in the video that he steers towards me to intentionally hit me.

Player was not on teamspeak to contact.

How did you go about resolving this? Did you just search for his name in TS? Did you ask him to come on TS in side? Or send a message to his phone in game?

Sent him a message in-game on the phone "//Please come on ts" or something along the lines of that, feel free to search it up in the logs. And I also searched (Cntrl-f) for his name in teamspeak, nothing came up.
