What best describes this incident: NVL
Please (in detail) describe the incident: A friend and I was out robbing and came across Felipe here, who we held up with guns and took to a different location. Upon reaching said destination we attempted to take/make him drop his machete as we were planning on doing things with him and him having a melee on him was bound to be a disaster. Before taking the zipties off him, I told him not to be silly and bring his machete out as it would only lead to his death.. My friend aimed a gun at him whilst I cut the zipties. As soon as i do, I pull my gun back out and for some reason Mr Felipe here decides that the best thing for him to do in a situation where he is being outnumbered and outguned.. would be to pull his machete and attempt to kill/down me. Where I roll back and he is court with a swift bullet to his head.

This to me is NVL as there is a VERY slim chance he was escaping here yet still decides to go with it, ending the RP there and then.

Hi Steve, this is something we could have solved in liaison like mature adults and I could have explained to you my side of the story and why I believed this wasn’t NVL on my part.


The moment you had cut the zips, I had seen you beginning to turn away from me, this is where I tried to attack you, knowing that the machete was going to slice you downwards I had anticipated to have cover behind the car as it hit, however you rolled and I didn’t hit my mark, as seen in the clip your friend shot, this was a 2v1 situation and I believed I had a chance to take you down and run behind the trailer to avoid getting shot once you would have been incapacitated making it then a 1 on 1 situation where I wished to escape with my life.

You state "Slim chance he was escaping here yet still decides to go with it, ending the RP there and then." if you incapacitate someone that does not end RP, there was multiple avenues you could have tried to explore to get me back on my feet to continue the RP, but instead you chose to just drop me in front of the hospital and drive off.

I wished you had brought this to liaison because there was also something that didn’t sit right with me, I don't know what you’re trying to achieve with the makeup/facepaint you are wearing but it put me off the whole roleplay situation as a whole and made me feel somewhat uncomfortable as it resembles blackface, I have no idea if that’s what you’re trying to achieve but that’s the impression I had after seeing you and your friend. This isn't necessarily related to what you are reporting but it is something I wanted to bring up to you and your friend.

This is beyond unrealistic, to me this isn't "taking a chance" this is simply wanting to be downed. You had a gun to you and I was next to you with a knife where I begin to bring my gun out, you state you waited till I turned but this isn't true, you began to bring your knife out instantly.

This is simply outrageous. Had you felt so offended by me using face paint to hide my identity you could have said it in OOC or on discord. I wont comment further on that section as It is genuinely ridiculous.

To me it was taking a chance, why would I aimlessly try to get myself downed ? That makes no sense whatsoever. I never stated I waited for you to turn around so refrain from putting words in my mouth, cheers bud! I said I noticed you turning around taking my weapon out and attacking. Like I stated prior you could have expanded on the roleplay by either taking me to a dodgy doctor or calling out for an ambulance, you chose to dump me in front of the hospital ending the roleplay yourself.

It’s not outrageous, what’s outrageous is painting your face fully black for what reason ? Surely a mask does the job Steve ! Regardless if you find it outrageous, I found it uncomfortable and I am making this known.
 
Hello there,
Let's see, after having a look at your record Rico i got one question, really? After all the bans you have for NVL you still haven't learned? In this case you have a machete, 2 players with guns in front of you, one of those is behind cover and at a distance, which you would have to cover without being shot, in this case you are at a clear disadvantage. I don't think there is much i can add here, looks like you just refuse to learn your lesson.
