Just finished processing weed, and I was heading to the Kavala Drug Dealer as shown in the video, when I see a couple of guys in black outside the drug dealer, as it was night time, I thought that they where police officers and as they opened fire I believed that the police had initiated on me, so I killed DSG Farmer Giles as he exited his car, apologies for the bad RP with him, this has been resolved on TS.

Once I killed him, the three bounty hunters who had shot at my HMETT Box and engaged on me without initiating on me then tazed arrested me and straight away imprisoned me without any form of role play, (Questioning, reading my rights and explaining why I had been tazed and being sent to prison). After Farmer Giles was killed he spoke with Faith and told him to compensate me 1.2m for the my gear/the weed as my truck was later impounded.

In conclusion, I've spoke with Faith, the one who imprisoned with me, he said that his friend 'Nicolaj' would compensate me as Faith did not have the money to pay this, after a around 10 minutes of no reply Nicolaj was no longer 'Away' on Teamspeak, and me having to remind him to ask him, he then messaged me saying that he could not comp me and even told me to fill in the report of him.

We did attempt to communicate but you did not reply. Chris said are you going to say anything multiple times. We also thought that we could help the police and that they had already initiated considering you were not pulling over the Hemet  and were in an active police chase. It is entirely my fault and I deserve the ban, not Chris Cowley or TeaTree.

I can confirm these were the guys that shot upon the truck, I would have dealt with it but because i was involved in the situation, i didnt want to act upon it, thats why i asked for him to submit a report.

Well, this is kind of a mess. Let's see if I have gotten all this right... The three reported opened fire on the HEMMT because they "wanted to help the police"? That's not acceptable, you still need to initiate as you are not officers yourselves. And as far as the no RP before sending you to jail, there is no way I can know if they said anything or not as you are pretty much tabbed out all the time.

I would like to impose a "no gun agreement" on these three gentlemen. For one month you will not be allowed to pick up or have a gun on your person. I would like all three of you to confirm you agree to this in this thread, if this hasn't happened within 24 hours other action will be taken.

You believing that I would somehow 'scam' you out of this is ludicrous. You could have done your method by paying Faith the money then him transferring my the money, either way as long as one of you had a screenshot or recording of the compensation then there would be no problem about it. I simply find this an excuse not to pay the compensation.

I had nothing to do with the compensating i heard that faith was going to ask nicolaj for money i didnt need to compensate because i did nothing wrong i went offline not long after aswell so i didnt know about this report thats why i couldent contact you and i was trying to contact you via TS just before because i was only then told about this report  but you arnt on and i didnt shoot at the truck faith was me and TeaTree at no point took are guns out to shoot at the truck the only place were teatree got his gun out was when Faith Tazed you and at no point i had my gun out.

Yes which is why, if you've paid attention, I've been referring to Faith when talking about the compensation, however, according to @Farmer Giles all three of you shot at my truck which is why you are involved in this report.

I have told Bradley on TS, that i would be willing to give him the money, so what does the admins say here?

And just a question: I have once been told by an admin before that people can only be compensated for physical items, but not for virtual items, like marijuana, tea and so on.

Only on certain occasions such as server crashing can the player receive money for the goods rather than the items, and the £1,200,000 compensation was decided by @Farmer Giles the In-Game Admin at the time.

So @BratJaggesVlnd and @Farmer Giles can i compensate the Physical items to Bradley and then they can all use guns again?
