Please (in detail) describe the incident

After heading up to Weed Processor he proceeds to tell me to "get out", not specifying whether he means out the area or the vehicle & then proceeds to shoot @ me without giving me any threat. We did call him to TS however, his attitude was foul & I felt like his did not care about what he did.(He admitted in Teamspeak that he was the one who initiated, however my recording software doesn't record Teamspeak for some reason as well as it not recording when I am tabbed out.

The RDM report is about the initial shooting at the vehicle & not the death to clarify, as the death occured after returning fire. I would also like to clarify if the TRG-21 is a 1 hit to the head when wearing armour as this confused me greatly.

I would also like to clarify if the TRG-21 is a 1 hit to the head when wearing armour as this confused me greatly.

Most weapons are 1 shot to the head at close range, regardless of calibre, helmets protect u against small arms fire

What are you on about? However, I shall happily explain myself. I was shot at for next to no reason, yet because i was being shot I wasn’t going to stand there and take it so I returned the fire. Its what most people would do. And in relation to the last paragraph I have no clue what you mean by this. 

@Samatlewis I do not know what this guys relation to this is, but judging by the third person used I doubt he is one of the people at the processor & I was alone in this sistuation so wasn’t anyone who could be found with me.

@EylonS if you have the intentions to shoot at someone, you must engage in high quality roleplay before you shoot at your target. The words and actions you did in this situation falls under Fail RP / RDM (7.1.3). Shouting "Get out" 4 times at someone is not good enough roleplay. I will link you this post, and I would like you to read it thoroughly.
