Please (in detail) describe the incident
We were responding to a dispatch which made us drive towards kavala as we were driving i crashed the car and i had to repair it as i was about to finish repairing it i noticed that there was a guy down right beside and as there was no medics on we had to get him and i sent my PCSO over to see where the guy was as i finished repairing and as he got close to the guy who was down Ethan opened fire and started to shot my PCSO so i had to put him down and then continue to take him to prison as he broke a rule and i give him 25 minutes in prison but while we were driving there he was breaking RP and not staying in character at all.
Also in the video you can see as i got him up he restrain glitched and tried to shot us.
