Please (in detail) describe the incident: Will try and keep this simple and short but today marabunta and hustlers went for a meeting to discuss their ongoing beef and to try and resolve the issue at the gallery. As you can see within this medal clip hustlers are outside the gallery and in the background you can hear sky talking on a discord stream to which she says ,"Theirs 25 of us you cant really account on who said what." Where then you can see Erik instantly reply to this in their groupie, "it was her jay." I believe Erik was listening in on a stream hustlers had up in a discord and then feeding info to jay in their groupie.

Firstly I'd like to apologise to all involved in this situation as I got carried away listening in to a conversation that was taking place inside The Gallery. The only reason I had decided to watch the share screen in the first place was because I was under the impression that I would be going into the meeting, I was told originally I would be there but when we was waiting for Mara to turn up The Firm then told us that only 2 Mara's are going in so only 2 Hustler's was allowed to go in and I had to leave with the rest of the Hustler members. I am not making excuses or saying what I done was ok but in the grand scheme of the situation it didn't change anything and didn't affect the course of roleplay but I can see how it would, this was information that was already known. I value my place in this community and am really disappointed that I let my judgement get affected by the last minute decision of me not being in the meeting and obviously it's easy to say but if I could change anything I would have stayed off the share screen completely and just let the 2 Hustlers inside give me the run down once they had come out. I'm really disappointed in myself and again I apologise to everyone involved, I was given the chance to return before and I have let myself and staff down again.

Hi I would like too add to this report as I was a marabunta representative inside the meeting taking place. For this too have happened that would mean Jay the leader or Hayley who where both the representatives for hustlers inside the meeting which took place inside the gallery. One of these individuals had to be streaming live inside of the hustlers discord which in my eyes is facilitating metagaming which is just as bad as watching the stream. Also it is JPs medal clip and you can hear sky who was inside the meeting which means he was watching the stream also and I would go as far as too say everyone outside the gallery in hustlers was watching as they where all stood still not really conversating or doing anything else. With being a whitelisted gang they should know better especially with multiple hustlers have been in multiple whitelisted gangs.

This is getting quite silly. Each day there's a new report on hustlers for some new little bit of information you have managed to gather from public medal clip. I am aware this is a different report and potentially not the platform to discuss it but the fact that there has been 4 reports on us within the span of 2 days is a bit sillly. There was 0 conflict yesterday as you asked for it to be held within the gallery. I was streaming the meeting, and so was Jess from Mara. I was deafened in vc at the time just to clear clarify that. Regardless of a medal clip or a stream what's the difference? they're still going to see it. Nothing kicked off, no beef was initiated it was purely an "RP" negotiation at a place where both of us know we wouldn't have done anything. The GC's messages I can't fully comment for but what I can say with full heart is none of them affected my RP. At the time of those things being posted I hadn't opened up my phone to fully check it or acknowledge it, the point I was making was completely seperate and even after the situation none of the things in GC were mentioned by me. So staff are also aware during these negotiations I was offered 2 machine pistols to end the conflict, I said I would need to discuss with the members of the gang to see if it's something we'd accept or would want more compensation for the damage that has been caused. During this time we briefly discussed other impacted factors but still ruled that we wouldn't be settling for 2 machines.

For staff reading this I would like to question the frequency of the reports going up and the potential validity of them? Most reports seem to be very petty and minor issues that could've been resolved in a discord call or a simple OOC message. However mara members have decided to throw up 4 reports in the span of 48 hours, previously when members of hustlers have had issues with mara we have brought them to Discord and questioned it but never seeked bans or actions against them, simply letting them know they're standards are subpar in previous situations, the fact we haven't been called to a discord call once to potentially resolve these issues is quite disheartening to see especially during a low point within the gang scene.

Staff have to review all comments added to a report - it makes our job a lot harder if there are pages and pages of fluff.

Good evening all,

The evidence behind the metagaming accusation is quite clear. Erik was watching a Discord stream, where he received (saw/heard) information, which he brought into roleplay without his character knowing (OOC information) by sending a groupie message to the people/person in the meeting.

This is categorically metagaming.

Also, what I don't appreciate afterwards is the attempt to conceal that evidence from staff by deleting/privateing/removing the footage after the report had been posted. This doesn't reflect well.

I appreciate you holding your hands up to the rule break @Erik_R, and apologising for your actions. However, due to your colourful history with us, you've landed yourself in a deep hole this time around, and unfortunately, we cannot ignore it.

For those involved or for those reading, please be very careful and consider when streaming your roleplay to others while they're on the server. It not only spoils the roleplay that's to come but also leads to very stupid mistakes like the one in this report; you will eventually slip up and land yourself into trouble with the rules. You might be lucky, you might not be so lucky.

And some advice and reminders: you also don't need to stream all the time, or even at all. The server becomes more immersive, and your interactions deepen when you don't know everything that's going on. Allow some suspense, surprise, shock, etc. That's a part of roleplay, and that's what we're all here for, right?
