Please (in detail) describe the incident
We've got a report from NPAS that a truck was leaving cocaine processor and heading towards Kavala drug dealer. We drove up there and set up. I placed spikes in front of the dealer and then got inside the church and hid behind the table. I waited for the suspect to get in and then got up and yelled "Place your hands above your head" and before I could finish, I got shot in the face. Then the suspect approached my almost lifeless body and shot me once again in the head. As I didn't spend any money for my gear, I don't care if you decide to ban him on not, as long as he's told to properly read all the rules. I should also mention that I tried contacting him by phone (in game) and asked him to join Police Liaison. His response was "Is that on Google?". I then tried to explain him but after 30 minutes he still wasn't showing up.
