So, i was driving my truck, and i notice "El Vito" starting to come after me, at this point i am almost out of fuel and later he gets front of me and forces my truck off road and we both get out, he tells me hands up, I say, "are you robbing me ?" and then he shoots me. While in the video it may seem like he doesnt want to resolve the situation he later comes to teamspeak, but only to tell how it was perfectly reasonable RP and that he was in right to shoot me since i didnt comply with his orders soon enough. I tried to explain how it was terrible RP to only say "put your hands up", he disagreed and long story short, it was just left there.
