I was doing steel in my huron. Then I finished processing my steel and I went to turn my helicopter on. The initiation went; Stop your helicopter or you will get shot down sir. Stop the helicopter or you will get shot, stop the helicopter or you will get shot. Then my helicopter got disabled. I believe my blades hit the factory. Then I got out of the helicopter and attempted to run to cover. In the meanwhile El Capitan said; Hands up, but I already took shots as I unholstered my MK18.

I do believe that this initiation was very poorly, it could have been much and much better. Since the huron is a heavy helicopter they had slightly a bit more time to get proper initiation.

In the moment of heat when I got killed, I immediately asked them to come on teamspeak 3 in sidechat. Dimitri Kozlevzka was the only who actually came. I have spent about 2 hours waiting for Johanson by trying to message him in sidechat, sending a friend request on steam and posting a comment on his steam profile because I wanted to have a talk and not turn this into a report. However I feel like I gave enough chances. Please note that Dimitri Kozlevzka had to go but still, I did not feel happy about the outcome after talking to him. I want them to notice what they did wrong. Instead I got offered a 'compensation request' but I did not want to accept that as I have 29 million and I want them to improve their roleplay. I don't think they notice what they did wrong after only talking to Dimitri Kozlevzka.

@Johansson and @Cookie90 do you think you provided high quality roleplay to Tristan before shooting at him?

I think i did a proper initation but as he still tried to take of and turn the helicopter around i made the decision of disable his helicopter, when it was disabled he even tries to run of when hes in a disadvantage wich make the roleplay very poor from his side aswell as our rp wasn't the highest quality. 

I felt like i was in a hurry and thats why my initation turned out so poorly and i admit i did a mistake and its something that could happen anyone. I think i need to put more time into my initiations thought.

And why i didn't reply to Tristan is because i thought we were cool and a green message box on steam is not something i look into every day so i basicly missed it. Dimitri did not hook me up either so thats why Tristan did not get contact with me.

It was my fault for not talking to el captian about it, I didn't tell him about it so that's on me, my bad. As for the initation it was not the best and it was a misstake made due to being in a hurry. It's not something that will be repeated as our initations from now on will be consisting of a much higher quality than the one in this case.

I'm not happy with this situation in the slightest. There was barely, if any, RP in this situation at all, let alone enough to start shooting at people. Yes, you did shout at the helicopter, but it was very rushed with no pause for you to even breathe before you started firing shots. Then, once you had disabled the helicopter, you start shooting to kill! This is not on at all.

@Cookie90 - This is going to be your first and only warning. The only reason I am not banning you is because you have admitted your mistake, and we will hold you to your promise of maintaining a higher standard of roleplay in the future. Any repeats of this sort of thing will result in a ban. I hope never to see you here again.

@Johansson - You've been banned for RDM before, when you used a very similar initiation, so you absolutely should know better than this. You can explain yourself during your ban appeal.
