I went to Telos Fuel to rob a guy called PC (a friend of Dylan) and when I got inside the station I said to PC while pointing a gun at him "I think you know what I want, please put your hands up".
After that, Dylan who was hiding behind the desk, said: "Put your hands up or you will be shot" and without giving ANY time to comply, shot and killed me. Richard then shot back and killed him. Then, my friend went on to initiate on PC. After PC failed to comply with his demands and started running away, Richard shot him too. Now what bothers me is that, PC when downed, started breaking RP saying "you fail RP'd" multiple times.

Me and PC were robbing the fuel station when my friend told me there was 2 cars pulling up.

I told him to wait outside and talk to them to try and resolve it or rp out of it so there isint any trouble.

I was prone behind the counter waiting incase something did happen.

Vincent and his friend ran in weapons drawn and PC was standing at the door.

From behind the counter I gave them both a warning like  "come any closer and i'll shoot" "put your hands up" and they ran in both with guns drawn.

I will admit i hesitated alot since it happened realy fast and were aiming at my friend.

I stood up with my gun drawn at vincent and shot because his friend tried running behind me.

I was killed and PC tried escaping but didn't have keys to my car. 

I agree with what you said about him breaking rp at the end talking in voice chat but I told him he couldn't say that and he was supposed to type in chat. He is fairly new to the server and doesn't understand it. I'm now after telling him to read the rules.

Sorry for any inconviencies on our part we'll try to be less hesitant next time.

I mean, the evidence is there. You didn't say that. I hope you see that there are 2 videos.

What also really bothers me is that, I wrote in chat multiple times if you would like to solve this in TS, while both of you were there and got no answer. Tried OOC, tried Direct.

I know but I still had some reason to shoot your friend was running at me with the gun almost point blank at me.

After I died I went and got a drink and respawned. I wasn't there to read that in chat if you did try to say that.

im talking to pc rn and he might have a full 5 minute video from start to end from his perspective.

@dylanzoog i know that you gave them both a warning to not come any closer or you would shoot, however the time given to follow your command was not enough.you need to give them time to comply and unfortunately in this report that was not the case.

as for PC he was breaking RP in its finest form i don't think too much needs to be said for this, im not sure if you are new to the server or not but if you are you should of read the server rules!
