Please (in detail) describe the incident: I believe Duane Coalition, Gecks NSC and Frank NSC have used out-of-character information to influence the course of Role-play. On 22/09/21 at around 10:40 am (Clip 1), we kidnapped Duane [ID:7] and Chloe[111] on NSC turf with no witnesses. We were all masked up and wearing black clothing unrecognizable as Cutlass, we quickly escorted them to a secluded location. The situation ended up with us killing and dumping them without a trace into the ocean at 11:12 am.

To our amazement on, 22/09/22 at 11:39 pm (Clip 2) we were approached by Gecks of NSC referring to a text sent to him from Duane Coalition stating "Cutlass has been circling turf" and then not long after "Duane and Chloe waking up with a headache". This can also be considered G4.3, as what as someone having a headache got to do with us IC?
Finding it difficult to RP those accusations, we asked for proof IC of such text existing, to no prevail.

Again on 25/09/22, we were ambushed by Frank Smith NSC + Coalition blaming us for Duane's and Chloe's headache (Clip 3 - No Game Audio). This incident ended up with us getting killed and being dumped.
We called Gecks and a few NSC into liaison to get confirmation on how they knew about this kidnapping, and they insisted on having a screenshot of a text before the kidnapping alerting of our presence. We never received any evidence of anything tying us with this kidnapping IC or OOC.

1. Does such text IC exist between Geckz and Duane on 22/09/21 before 10:40 am (when the kidnapping occurred)?
2. If such text does exist, how did it identify us as Cutlass without using OOC information?

If I'm wrong, I'll sincerely apologize. I just believe it's unfair we go to certain lengths to conceal our identity for people to "wake up with headaches" and take retribution.

Regardless of the terminology used in terms of "headache"
A text was sent to Gekz which stated Cutlass are circling turf as per the clip he stated this was at 10:41 on 22/09/2022. Even without the follow up the text stating they woke up with a "headache", the fact they "woke up" with no memory of said events, putting two and two together its fairly simple to figure out what happened here. Occums Razor - “the simplest solution is almost always the correct one"
Whether right or wrong, we are able to make our assumption based on the evidence available to use in game and RP in this manner, hence the visit to the Arcade by Gekz, Myself and Dan. If it had turned out you were not involved, well, that's a whole other storyline in itself.

If this is in terms of how it was how Cutlass were identified. Well, due to how "high profile" they are within the city. One would assume Dwayne and Chloe were able to determine this based on the vehicles that were circling at the time as we know the colours of the cars as we have had previous with cutlass before hence Chloe identified Kash's Neo and then Dwayne sent that text.
As I type this, Chole has confirmed this to be the case, I haven't personally spoken to Dwayne about this.

Also I don't understand where you're getting me and coalition ambushing you from that was all of my gang can you elaborate?

Since we are airing our concerns about a potential rule break/foul play.

Could you please explain why after taking all your possessions most of you decided to stay alive (downed) for at least 30 mins inside humane labs with no phones or radio to contact NHS and also how did JD find where we was. In my personal opinion I feel like you guys meta gamed and told JD your location and he was waiting for us to leave, so you all would be taken to pill box and would remember the situation in city to come back for revenge.

As I feared, there is no base to you identifying me other than OOC knowledge as I do not own a Neo and Staff can confirm this. I would go too far as to say I've never had an interaction with Chloe or Duane whilst in a Neo before the kidnapping.
 
You refer to Cutlass as "High Profile" so you know we are recognized by "Desert Camo" clothing and bleach brown cars. As you can see in the clips, those vehicles are black and dark purple? We are covered head to toe and had no issues with NSC at the time of kidnapping.
 
Huntz-OG could you please elaborate on "putting two and two together its fairly simple" when refering to us being connected to someone waking up from hospital? Taking the rule into consideration:
(G4.3) When you respawn and NLR applies: 

• Your character does not remember any of the previous roleplay situation. 
  
• Any feud your character had with their killer(s) is ended. 
  

How could "two and two" be put together when a character does not remember the previous situation? As far as they are concerned, they have a headache and need painkillers?
 
Now I'm questioning the validity of that screenshot and wondering if they can be confirmed in logs?
 
Was Chloe and Duane even reported missing amongst the Gang?

To my knowledge you owned a Neo with the sandy gold under glow as I have seen and other members in my gang have seen you in on different altercations that NSC and Cutlass have had in the past.
I'm sorry but if someone or a group was seen circling and those people being circled have let someone know about it and then all of a sudden they have gone missing you are going to go and question the people that have been named.

Also when we pulled up about this situation I don't think it's appropriate your gang calling people "retards" and calling people "special" I'm not sure if that's why you have no audio in the clip you have posted 

I mean you can question the screen shot but I mean there's no need to lie about it so if staff could pull that up for us that would be appreciated.

Also I would still like to see how JD knew your location as if you guys was still waiting for someone to come and get you after a prolonged period of time of you guys being downed.

If you would like to explain how the screenshots from the apple fields from 19 days ago match the exact same car from the other screenshots and clip. That exact same neo which belongs to cutlass was easily recognisable which was then relayed to gekz via text.

The clip you have provided is so short we have no way to tell how you identified that as anyone from Cutlass, so many questions arise from the clip it would open another topic like did you survive to remember? Any chance you could provide a longer clip before and after?

I can confirm that is not my Neo, I do not own a Neo.

You have taken a zoomed-in screenshot from a video of the moment we kidnapped you, could post the whole clip?

I don't see the correlation, a headache as to do IC for anyone to have an issue with a Gang. Other than knowing OOC it means you got killed?

I'm sorry but if that text has come through about your gang circling our turf and then they no longer reply via radio etc then something has obviously happened, I think at this point your missing my point or just disregarding it in general.

You have definitely owned a Neo in black with the sandy gold under glow if I need to take a SS of it I will just for clarification, so I literally don't know why you're denying never owning one?

Huntz-OG It's been a while since I've owned a Neo, and definitely not in the colours in which you have described, so I'd appreciate you showing me a clip of my "Black Neo with Sandy under glow" I'm so recognizable in an altercation with NSC because I haven't got one myself.

Were you even online when the kidnapping took place to relay all this information?

The main reason we came down was to address your boys bashing into our boys cars near PD, but the first topic we talked about was the headache and text , and because of the cockiness we decided we had enough chat already.

we have clearly seen that the text was sent before the kidnapping, and Chloe coming back to us in city and telling us she cant remember what happened and how she has a headache is actually allowed (checked by with an admin). Using the text received in city and chloe's memory loss (headache) its very clear why we automatically assume it was you guys.

i feel like you are reaching very hard at this point. i think its best to leave this report with the staff team to decide the verdict of this report.

I think you need to look at the screenshots clearly and see your Neo is in the picture on our turf that Dwayne has posted that's why he sent Gekz a text saying your guys are circling our turf I won't be responding to that part now as your completely disregarding the info I'm providing.

I am literally stumped as to why you're lying about your car when in all the pictures above its in them?

I would like your evidence of how JD knew your location thanks as you have also completely disregarded that now in every reply as I do have it clipped so I would like to see yours first as you said you would provide evidence.

You came to the Arcade firstly to accuse us of causing a headache which we denied having any envolvement, then you came again making the same accusations.
You only stopped once you had got revenge.

@Huntz-OG you have said all throughout this thread that I have a Neo, there isn't a single screenshot or clip here showcasing a Neo that I own and Staff can confirm that.

Something doesn't add up in the screenshot of the text you have provided, why is Geckz saying "one day man one day" whilst Duane and Chloe are in our Custody. I don't see a "Where are you" or something implying they went missing?

I believe the message logs between Duane and Geckz should be checked around 22/09/22 at 10:40am for clarification. It took you 4 days to produce a screenshot of a text, we spent over an hour in liasion waiting for Geckz to show us, to no success.

The thing is we wasn't circling the turf either as Duane's clip will show.

I was involved with the situation as you can see from clip 3 I am literally sat on top of my car in front of the arcade.

and I also have evidence of the predicted meta gaming from your side which we are also trying to gauge an understanding of but you are keep dodging that subject, can you please provide some proof of how JD knew our exact location and also a decent explanation of why all downed cutlass members decided to stay downed inside labs for 30 mins or more after losing all their possessions.

I have read the initial report, watched the videos a few times, read each and everyone replies and hidden some that don't need to be there.

I have also spoke to numerous staff members regarding, especially the one listed on someones reply on this report which was taken out of context.

Having one of your members die, respawn then using their 'headache' as motivation for an attack would be breaking New Life Rule.
