Please (in detail) describe the incident

We heard shots on the main road of Kavala when we were inside the police station. We responded to those shots, and as we arrived on scene we see a downed man in a car. I get out to attend to the downed man, and my patrol partners make contact with the man in the church (drizzy)

Drizzy opens fire on the officers, and the officers return fire.

I run over to the church, see that drizzy has been shot and place restraints on him.
Drizzy then disconnects immediately.

He then returns to the server, and made no effort to contact us. I send him an OOC message questioning him, to which he made no response.
