What best describes this incident: Saying f slur + NVL
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few of the boys we're in a gun fight with M.O.S at their turf, around 15 minutes after this, we spotted Draco (a member of M.O.S) at pillbox in a car, so pulled guns out, said get your hands up and got him in the car. We then took him to the dodgey doctor, where as seen in the clip at 00:37 he says 'you sound like a f slur.'

Later on in the clip we then told him to drop the gun he had with 3 guns pointed to his head (we searched him before hand when in zip ties so we knew he had a pistol), he doesn't listen to our commands, and rather walks into our faces saying 'shoot, shoot', not valuing his life at all. We then had to shoot him and spend 50k on the dodgey doctor, this being unsuccessful and him respawning.

After this, we tried asking Draco to come QE to discuss the matter, him not responding. We we're then told by his mates, Draco wouldn't come to qe tonight, and rather discuss the matter tomorrow (the next day).

So 872, clearly in this scenario he does not value his life. This feels a lot more like he is just trying to fuck you lot over with assets than actually roleplaying.

Remember this is a roleplay server, you will win and lose at different points but try make it fun for all involved.

As for the slur. What i will be doing is giving this player this 1 chance to not do that again. He has no previous bans, notes or warnings on his account and this NVL will be the first. So i can only assume because of the back and forth going on in RP here that he may have overstepped. So, i will be noting this on his file and obviously he will not have this chance again.

So, he will receive a 1 day ban for G2.4 NVL. Then a Warning for C1.2 which he is very lucky for.
