What best describes this incident ?: No initiation rdm

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was at Blood Diamond Processor, ran to my Hemmit Box outside the Church building, I saw 2 guys in front of my truck who said nothing towards me, before being fired upon by both of the men in question. (I am unsure of the other mans name, however in the clip provided both the man behind the White Pickup and the man in the street both fire on me.) I asked them to come to TeamSpeak, of which I received nothing apart from a "cry more" in Direct Chat.

Edit, First Link I gave was trimmed just to save some of the Blood Diamond Processing. Just realised that you guys need 3 minutes prior so here is the untrimmed 5 minutes prior to me being shot.

From the video it is clear that no RP was provided that would have let Dorin shoot at you. As such he will be receiving a 1 day ban. Unfortunately the identity of the second man can not be found but it should be warning enough to him that his friend has been banned for this situation.
