What best describes this incident: complete RDM with no time to react and low quality roleplay powergaming
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Well to best describe the situation me and my friend was doing bins as you can see in this clip just talking about random stuff and we drive through our block vagos block to the trucking to collect a bin as we was checked in as bin men at the time we drive past our safe house and see someone we believe to be Ronnie trapp a old friend of ours to which we stop turn around and see multiple people coming towards us we start to turn around to park up and are rammed across the road and told hands.. get out and within 4 seconds of getting out and asking what the fucks going on to be shot dead and told he was reaching for a gun really low quality roleplay and power gaming to force a situation to benefit them ..

during this situation when i was shot i believe one of them known it to be rdm and was wrong as he says "bro why you just" which i believe would be "bro why you just shoot him"
its sad to see because this could of been such a good roleplay situation due to the mass of people they had and that we was severely out numbered they have not expressed any reason to be hostile towards us in rp which makes this whole situation a shame.


(i was wandering if i can claim for compensation if this is approved as 2 x 911s was lost 8 x body armour and 157 pistol bullets between me and my friend) my id 421 my friends is 87 this happened 9pm uk time 16/10/2024

Just so you know who I am, I wasn’t the individual who shot you guys. I was the individual who was in the full white champion who crashed into you.

I have clipped my POV on medal but I’m currently on nightshift at my work until 8am. I will send my POV into this report as soon as I am home from work.

It was believed that the passenger of your vehicle reached for a gun before being shot.

As mentioned prior I’ll send the clip in as soon as I can and hopefully we can clear up the decision that ultimately led to you losing your items that you have requested for compensation.

i would appreciate your clip i just feel like i was very hard done in the situation i was willing to comply and was shot dead with little to no chance but thankyou for your response :)

As mentioned prior, I would post the clip from my POV. Unfortunately my clip was a couple of seconds off of the apparent gun being reached for.

I have attached a link with my POV but again it wont be useful to the case purely so you can see that I did attempt to clip my POV.

i am happy to QE if they is any further footage to be shown of a valid reason to shoot me i feel the situation is quite self explanatory with what happened and the rp that followed from that the QE was to see footage from your point of view if you have any more clips as said i will be happy to QE if not i feel this report is fine by its self but i appreciate your co operation in solving and finding a solution in the matter :)

From my side we are all on Vagos turf. We had 1 of your guys in zip ties and we were waiting for the doors to your safehouse to be hit to make sure no one was inside. while waiting you guys pull up on to your turf unknown if your other member had informed yourselves that we were on turf and one of us ram you and then you decamp out of the truck then your passenger pulled out his M19 and start to aim it at my friend in front of your truck that this point I shot him so that he did not shoot one of my guys then i shot yourself which was maybe not the best move but I was worried that your friend had pulled a gun I assumed you had also. I be honest with you, you were all so taken up to dodgy doctors while you were getting medical you guys Bleed out without letting us dodgy you guys. One thing I would like to point out is that you are trying to claim for 2x M19 and other but have only included one pov. I feel this could be to hide the fact that your friend pulled out his M19 which is why he was shot. Lastly, can we get a longer clip as this is under the report guidelines for RDM. I would like to thank staff for looking over this report and sorry for not having a clip.

firstly they was nobody aware of anybody being zip tied and secondly no body decamped in my clip you tell me to get out the van which i do and im shot dead instantly after getting out the car without even being able to put my hands up ? i was following along with the roleplay to which ended very swiftly and you keep saying my friend drawn for a gun but your clips does not show anybody raising a gun nor in my clip does anybody draw for a gun im confused here? and i know the clip is under the 5 minuet mark but yours is also at 3 mins coincidently the two mins your missing in your clip is the two mins where the altercation happens also i edited my clip on medal and it erases the original which is a shame as i would of happily provided it but i mentioned codes to safes and containers before this which is why my clip is shorter than the required but i feel it shows enough we was doing bins minding our own business singing country music having a laugh in RP to which the situation was ruined.... i would also like to add that they was no medical rp you drove me around for 14 mins with no medical RP no "cleans wounds" or "applies rapid clot" so much more could of been done no body even spoke to me for the whole drive or after the interaction nothing was given to me and ive claimed for these items in compensation as im not bothered about losing them but to a situation i cant avoid nor have any interaction with is just a shame really low quality roleplay and as stated above you or your friend even says the moment i drop dead "bro why you" which i believe to be "bro why you just shoot him" which is why you've edited your clip to cover argument/disagreement and covers 0 of the situation if my video is not formal evidence then yours is even worse its showing the after math of a situation with nothing to show about the actual reported reason.

No editing to my footage was involved. I have the raw 3 minutes of the clip.

As you can see from the attached evidence below, if I was to edit the clip it would show with (restore original). But in the case of the evidence that I have made public to yourself and other to watch, it does not say that therefore meaning it has not been edited or cut down in anyway.

Regarding your evidence, does the individual who was in the passenger seat of you vehicle have evidence. It was believed that he was the one who pulled out the weapon. If he does then there should be no problem with yourself or the individual uploading the clip as this would back up your story further therefore resulting in @Double being give a ban or another form of punishment for his actions.

The report is not directed at my mate rather the way i was treated my friend wasn't running medal at the time so he sadly does not have a clip of the incident at any point the same as your self and the others that was at the scene ive provided my clip an i want there to be no confusion as we seem to be running around in circles scratch my mate if thats how you feel im reporting for how i was treated in a situation if i wasn't doing anything wrong why kill me and give me no time to comply at all with your demands its just terrible role play and considering you have police characters i would expect better from the pair of you. In my footage he does not draw for a weapon and im dead and so is he so im confused if he drawn for a weapon i would of seen it im stood not even a meter away from him if they is a way to revert my medal clip back to original by all means someone explain and i will provide the clip 5 minuets long to staff directly i wish to speak no more on the matter as its running around in circles with claims of innocence but with no evidence to prove it its clear RDM and very poor roleplay from every shooter involved combat rolling on me aswell 2 feet away from me in the clip just seems you was hungry to shoot someone regardless of the RP i also have a 5 minuet clip of no medical rp until 2 seconds until respawn where all i get is "checks pulse" you was so eager to try get a gun off my body that they was no roleplay at any point for me very disappointing really.

Referring to the clip with Medical RP. as I mention prior, I asked multiple time if you are okay and I also did /me multiple time. Did you attempt to help with the medical rp during those situations on the drive up to the doggy?

By myself being in the police on my other character is besides the point. You use completely different mind sets in both characters as they are a long different.

If we aren't going to talk like Adults then I am not willing to continue our conversation. I understand you may be annoyed with this situation but there is no need to be disrespectful towards anyone. At the end of the day, this is an RP community who should have some form of respect for the people around the out side of the city as we all share the same passion for roleplaying. We already attempted to go into one of the many RPUK discord channels with staff to speak about this report. If you are not willing to so be it but we have tried to join these channels with you.

hello again Higgs i feel like we can have a adult conversation is it not what's happening now ? im not arguing with you or being salty due to the outcome im arguing my defence on my report the same way you are arguing your case on my report i appreciate all of your time to respond and contact me on this forum but do you have any clips of offering me medical RP as i feel like in that whole 15 mins i wasnt offered any medical RP but i dont want to upset you or argue with you rather get to the bottom of a situation if they is no more to add i think we should just leave it for staff as this has started to become a finger pointing contest and i feel we are wasting staffs time at this point :)

as stated above HIGGS thank you and i appreciate all of your responses and time taken to comment on my report but i will not comment further unless asked by staff :)

Let's get on with this report shall we?

First of all the video that is being used as evidence is not in line with our report guidelines.
Namely it's too short to be used for staff to draw context out of it. The report a player guideline for this states:
Any clips must include 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs so staff can gain some idea of context and lead-up.
You can the other report a player guidelines here.
Now I understand from the replies there may be sensitive information in footage prior to the video and this is why there was no longer clip available.
If in the future you cannot share full video's because of sensitive/private information being presented in a video you can always open a ticket and show staff said full video(s).

In this case the video provided here is not enough for to confirm anything like RDM to have occured unfortunately.
We are also not able to see anything in regards to the passenger with a POV missing from either side.

However, @Double the justification of you shooting the driver of this vehicle is not of the standard we expect from you.
Just because the passenger pulled a gun and aimed it at your group, doesn't give you a good reason to shoot someone (the driver) which is complying with your demands. As matter of fact, someone else in your group was already holding him up. So if he the driver had pulled a weapon you would have known.
However the driver had complied with your demands yet he was shot in a very short timeframe and limited amount of dialogue.

Given your clean record thusfar I will be giving you a warning under Common sense but we really expect some improvement on the mentality there.
