So i lockpicked a heli at uranium refinery. they initiated on me and i flew a way whit me friend. i dropped me friend off and flyed to the scrap dealer and there i saw an other heli getting scrapped. so i was looking and i landed and he fucking shot me in me head and flew away whit the heli. he didn't wanted to come to TS3 so i want up to forums to reported them. sorry for the bad qualty but it is faster to upload.

BACKSTORY FROM MY POV: 

So, Christmas day. I have decided to be anti-social and play on Arma 3, however at 22:00 I must play uno. 21:50, 10 minutes till I am gonna head downstairs and play uno. I have just finished a  run and can't do another run because there is 10 minutes until I play uno, so I go to uranium refinery (in my own orca) and help process/protect my mates at uranium. 21:55 and we see two hobos (You and your friend). We lock pick another orca - purely for the purpose to see what is inside. We lock pick it, nothing inside. 21:57 now, 3 minutes till I play uno. About 30 seconds after we lock picked the orca, my orca starts flying in the air! It has been stolen! I quickly initiate, and threaten your life however you get away! I see you are going to scrap yard in my Orca - I only bought this Orca yesterday! - and used the Orca I lock picked to pursuit you. We go to scrap dealer, I see you and I assume you see me. There is nothing I can do other than 'camp' the scrap yard heli pad. I land, and scrap the Orca I was flying. 22:02 now, I am getting called down to play uno! I am late! Oh no! I camp inside the little shack - which you see me pop out of when I shoot you - and wait for you to land. 22:04, everyone downstairs is getting impatient, what do I do! Anyway, after a little wait, you land. Since I have already initiatedat the refianry, I reload my magazine and wait for you too jump out. You jump out, I spray you down and fly away! I saved my Orca, which I am very happy since I only just bought it. 22:05, oh no! I quickly fly it to the green zone air port so it doesn't get stolen again. 22:10, 10 minutes late! I am in for it! But it's ok, I land my Orca, put it away and head down stairs to play uno! While I was flying, you call me to ts, however there is no way I can come since I must play this game of uno! It's a family tradition! 

MY DEFENCE:
So I am accused of 'RDM' which stands for 'Random Death-match'. This means - in my words - that I have killed you without a valid reason, however you even state yourself:

Let me pick out the key part in this:

"they initiated"

-The fact I "initiated" on you means I have a perfectly valid reason to kill you at the scrap dealer. I had to be quick since the last thing I want before saying bye to my mate and a great game of uno is chasing my stolen orca - which I just purchased! 

SUMMARY:

I am sorry I couldn't come to team speak and hopefully I didn't cause much stress. It's Christmas day  and the last thing I want is too end it on a bad note. I personally don't think I RDM'd you, however from the little evidence you provided, it looks like I did; however I have not. I don't plan to break any rules (especially on Christmas day) and hopefully not you have heard my side, you fully understand.

It's late now and I must get my beauty sleep. Merry Christmas buddy!

 
you must keep eyes on and after 3 min you needed to initiated on me. and how did you know it was me flying in the right orca of you friend.

I'll be honest, I don't quite understand what one wants to question however one shall try their best in order to proceed further.

As soon as you started taking of, you headed to scrap dealer. I knew this because I immediately placed a marker there and you headed in that direction. I also knew that was my Orca because of my key chain and every time I checked I was getting closer and closer. It really didn't take long to catch up to you because I am good at getting the old speed going on the Orca and I was so fast I even managed to land on the scrap dealer heli pad before you.  And I knew it was you because I recognised you from the uranium refinery.

Not as soon i took of i got to the scrap dealer. first i got to the Agios garage

Can you please upload evidence from the point of you getting initated on at the Refinery to the point of getting to the scrap dealer, this evidence is incomplete and is not potraying the full story
