Please (in detail) describe the incident

my friends car was stolen by unmc in kavala so we followed them most of the way to there border, as we went threw the city i turned left and hit a unmc vehicle purposely parked there to slow us down. after a bit of areguing they stretchered us to the unmc boarder and executed us with basically no role-play. we technically wasn't involved in a situation witht them so for them to take us to the boarder and execute us like that is uncalled for...

Right my first report.

So I was given an order to execute you i followed my order, I had been told sufficient RP had been led out for the execution beforehand. I could go over the multiple rules you broke but frankly i neither have the time or the energy too. 

Koala Bear was the higher up in this report for reference.

You were told that you were getting executed under the exodus charter before for you died, the reason that you were going to die was given to you while on the floor on the bend this is the way the UNMC has always done it and no one has had an issue with it until now roleplay was given before you got to the checkpoint and while you were at the checkpoint 

also would you care to explain why you accelerated into my car once you made contact and then once dying calling me a dyke i feel that this is every inappropriate 

i also notice that you relied information over the radio about where you were getting transported (tactical information)

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

Koala bear is involved acc as my higher up who issued the command and being actively involved in the situation as evident in the video.

If a staff member feels he is otherwise not involved that is there decision to make however it is not yours.

I don’t mind with koala bear commenting as although your reporting djholychrist it would of never have gotten there if not for koala bear.

Now I advise you all to go into a room and talk it out, if you would like a staff member present ask, but I do firmily believe it’s a good idea for you ALL to try and resolve it first.

Please comment on this report the outcome, if it does not happen comment that please.

we have tried to resolve about 10 unmc members turned up he told me to report him so i did

 
Well I would like these people in a room with a staff member, grizzly bear, you, koala bear also djholychrist. As I know you may of tried to resolve but you’ll have better luck if it’s just you 4. But if you really don’t want to try and resolve again that’s fine, just say.

 
we tried to resolve but then it will got abit too much so i asked if jefke. V could come and give his opinion and he accused him of being biased

@Koala Bear not that I’m discrediting jefke or even saying he’s biased, i was getting at a staff member being that Just to keep it cool and not to the point where your just screaming at each other. If Just the 4 of you sit down it may end up getting sorted.

I’m happy to do it. I think the best course of action is to wait until tomorrow so everyone has a bit of time to cool off. Is everyone available tomorrow?
